As of today my BP history shows good results such as 117/78 as hypertnsion 1 and numbers like 120/82 as normal. The actual reading is correct but the history is putting the results in the wrong category.

How to fix Omicron app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Omicron app on iPhone
Update Omicron app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Omicron iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Omicron on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Omicron network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Omicron Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Omicron not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Omicron App
1. On android, goto Settings » Omicron » click [Force Stop]

Update Omicron to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Omicron App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Omicron » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Omicron.

Fix Omicron unable to contact server/ Omicron internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Omicron » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Omicron » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Omicron
