To resolve Bright Objects・Search and find network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Bright Objects・Search and find App
1. On android, goto Settings » Bright Objects・Search and find » click [Force Stop]

Clear Bright Objects・Search and find App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Bright Objects・Search and find » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Bright Objects・Search and find.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Bright Objects・Search and find » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Bright Objects・Search and find » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
