DOESN’T WORK WITH MAC OS!!

The more I mess with this app, the more I realize it’s sus. The rating section in the app doesn’t work, there is no way to contact anyone or any help or support section, and worst of all is that it doesn’t even work for Mac OS! Why is this available in this App Store if it isn’t compatible? And the fact that it’s not mentioned until you get into the premium version. That’s scandalous as heck. I want a refund and will contest the charge if it isn’t fixed soon. Not the app, either. My refund, please and thank you. I’m not waiting for the Mac OS/tablet compatible version to be released.

It seems strange that despite claiming to offer certifications, they don't list any. I thought they might have them on their website, but when I clicked on 'Support,' I was redirected to a link tree-like website. After clicking on the 'HackerX' link on their Zaap site, I was taken back to their uninformative site. Their app has no support email, and neither does their site. I'm writing this review in the hope that a developer responds because that seems to be the best way to contact them. If I'm missing something due to my own oversight, please correct me.
Testing Unavailable

I want to give this app a good review, but it does not sync progress between multiple devices. The bigger issue at hand is that it cannot allow a user to take test.
I am completely unable to select an answer in tests before the certificates. It will exit out of the tests indicating the screen is just fine, even after a system restart, confirming network connection, and deleting the app and reinstalling it will not work.
A beautiful potential, tragically squandered.
