Every time that I try to process a scan it says “processing error”

Scaniverse crashes continuously at the end of processing in Area mode. File size is 1080mb.

To resolve Scaniverse network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Scaniverse App
1. On android, goto Settings » Scaniverse » click [Force Stop]

Clear Scaniverse App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Scaniverse » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Scaniverse.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Scaniverse » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Scaniverse » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Scaniverse
