Lex is a fabulous trainer. I feel like she’s an integral part of turning my health and ultimately my life around. I’m learning how to use machines I’ve never or like I’ve never used before. I love learning ways to strengthen different muscles areas. In addition I’m learning so much from the special classes that are available to me through the training program. At 55 this is perfect timing and I’m ready for many decades of active fun ahead!

My wife and I love TheEdgeFitness and it’s features

Really enjoy TheEdgeFitness but with the docking area on the iPhone 14 it makes it really hard to view the demonstration videos for the exercises. You cannot tap the YouTube button properly.

I have no access to TheEdgeFitness . I’ve reset my password multiple times and support has reset my profile twice. I am forced to be in contract with the edge (you can’t cancel membership unless you are in the military, student, medical reason, or moving more than 15 ft from an edge location(all require proof)) and can’t access my benefits, care, and contract rights. Do something, people have had issues for months and support has no actual ability to help.

Welcome! At the Edge fitness they disguise 1 YEAR LONG contract as a monthly subscription!
Once you sign up with them you can’t cancel!
And if you want to cancel they threaten you by telling you that then will send debt collectors after you!
Absolutely horrible customer service and no ethics at this company, everyone who woks there should be aware that they scam people into year long contract that they INTENTIONALLY DISGUISED as monthly subscription. Don’t know how you all sleep well at night knowing you take part of this big scam.

I enjoy the edge fitness clubs a lot. I tend to bounce around between gyms, following specific workout classes/instructors. The classes are great, though I wish they offered more after 5 pm and before 8 am. TheEdgeFitness , however, does NOT work and has not worked for over a year. This makes registering for classes and using my badge to check into the gym very difficult and super inconvenient. Please fix this!!!

I used to be able to access TheEdgeFitness but after it updated I was logged out and can no longer access it. I have sent the password reset link multiple times and uninstalled and reinstalled TheEdgeFitness . Nothing has worked. I even tried changing my email address. I still can’t get in.

I can’t sign in. It’s not recognizing my password, and I tried to reset it 3 times. Tried going to the front counter at the gym too. Nobody can help. Now every time I come, I have to give my phone number instead of scanning my app barcode and I can’t use the women’s only facilities. Please fix!
Oh- and I’m not the only one. It’s happened to someone else too.

There are a lot of recent one star reviews, so I'll just leave this here also. New member, signing in and sync to Apple wallet seems to be fine.

TheEdgeFitness doesn’t work. It doesn’t recognize my email or password. I tried to reset this and never received an email for a reset link and I also checked my junk email—nothing! This gym is way too expensive for such terrible service.

I’ve been trying for weeks to have a new invite/password reset sent and nothing ever comes to my email address or junk folder. I’ve double checked with the front desk and they confirmed I’m using the correct email on file.

I am a paying member, and I cannot get the “password reset/resend invite” to work. The local club is not helpful and the billing company does not work with TheEdgeFitness . Very frustrating. The switch to TheEdgeFitness will lead to me canceling my membership due to the poor customer experience.

What was great about TheEdgeFitness was that you could load the barcode onto an Apple Watch. With a recent upgrade the barcode is gone. So now I have to either give my phone number at the desk or bring my iPhone into the gym.

There’s no reason I am spending this much money on a gym membership for them to have an app that doesn’t even work. Members can’t even sign in so what’s the point of having an app? Wish they just kept the old one. Total waste.

As of 6/1 I STILL can’t sign into TheEdgeFitness ! TheEdgeFitness hasn’t worked since January after multiple updates! The developers should really be embarrassed at this point.

Yeah TheEdgeFitness literally doesn’t work. I’ve been trying to log in for months and I can’t. Don’t get an email (checked spam) when I ask to reset my password. Old app worked just fine for me!

Unable to link to membership and no one at gym is knowledgeable to help
No phone number to assist to help
And when you ask at the club the respond is TheEdgeFitness is never working most members don’t use app

Their previous app was much better.

Can’t access this new app. I’ve done the resend invite/reset password option countless times and it never shows up. Do better.

Cannot sign in! After many attempts I have just deleted and dug my tiny fob out and put it on my key chain. Hate that option too, but better than messing with an app that doesn’t work.

Used to love TheEdgeFitness when it worked.. I haven't been able to log in to TheEdgeFitness for MONTHS. The only help available on TheEdgeFitness doesn’t even work. It says to reset your password with a link they say will go to your email but then the link NEVER EVEN COMES TO YOUR EMAIL (I’ve checked every folder I have in my emails to see if it’s in spam or anywhere else) but NOTHING ever gets sent to my email to even let me reset the password to retry logging in. I keep giving up then coming back months later in hopes to see if it has resolved yet the problem is still happening. FIX THIS ISSUE. TheEdgeFitness IS NOT USABLE AS IS RIGHT NOW!!!!!! Extremely frustrating for members of the gym!!!!

Like the title says. App doesn’t work. Reset link doesn’t send an email. Login via the website is fine so I know all of my info is accurate. Someone absolutely dropped the ball here.

I’ve been a long time member and I’m having trouble accessing TheEdgeFitness . It won’t recognize my e-mail and after many Forgot password attempts, I still don’t receive an e-mail to reset. A little frustrating.

The old app was great, but this new one won’t even recognize my login credentials. Even after talking online to their support staff and using a temporary password THEY provided, TheEdgeFitness doesn’t recognize my email address as valid. I have no problem accessing their parent site with the same info, but for whatever reason, TheEdgeFitness won’t let me access it

App has not allowed me to login for months. Tested password on website, works fine. Password reset link in app does not send link, even after a dozen plus attempts. Multiple updates on TheEdgeFitness Store since this issue began have “fixed bugs”, no resolution.

App won’t open on Home Screen, getting “oh no seems like we’re having trouble opening” But when I go to App Store, type in edge, and click “open” TheEdgeFitness opens and runs. Please fix the bug it’s been happening for awhile now. Thank you.

Also on “check in history” why do the check in times repeat 3,4,5 times? It looks ugly and takes up the whole screen by being repeated. It should be more neatly coded to display your actual check in time, this way 4 days of checking in doesn’t fill up 14 lines!!!!

I’m enjoying everything so far about the club from the variety of equipment to the classes offered. I hope the facility maintains the cleanliness of the equipment and the facility, especially in the locker rooms and showers. Way to go, Edge!
