App asks which language I want to learn and then everything is in that language with nothing to help

They don’t even give you an idea of what you buying and don’t tell you what the cost is after your “free trial”. Would not recommend

Advertised a free trial, but immediately begins charging you a monthly fee without trial. I opened Hypnoledge , realized it didn’t have the language I wanted, and cancelled it - and have now been being charged for more than one year! Even if you wanted to use it, Hypnoledge is insanely buggy. There’s no way to contact customer service, and adjusting your subscription or billing takes an act of God. Try the web interface, and it constantly reverts back to instructions in the French language. All of the links to speak to an associate, cancel your account, etc. will 404. I haven’t been able to use it for a single lesson - not once! But have continuously been billed 20€ for an entire year. Oh, and on top of a 20€/mo for something you can’t use, they’ll also charge around 50€ extra for features they promise in their ads, like AI conversations and specific language goals. Totally scammy, exploitative behavior!

I think you guys should do 2 things when it comes to the pricing. I can understand charging for a family pack but if I’m learning SOLO then I think it should be free.

1: Make solo learning free for all with no charges

2: Lower the price for the package deals.

Downloaded it thought it was with the few languages it had now it is time to update it I want to learn Korean

I was super exited to learn new languages so I got Hypnoledge . I set everything up but when it came down to the lessons, it asked me to pay for them. The add that was shown told me that it was free. This is the definition of false advertising. I am very disappointed! What a scam.

i made an account and was ready to start learning italian but then it said i had to pick a pack and pay for it. NOT WORTH IT!

Do not recommend if you want to learn for free. It doesn’t confront you with this until you try to start your first lesson. You have to do the family pack solo or lifetime. So if you want to learn for free I 100% DO NOT recommend Hypnoledge.

I didn’t like how Hypnoledge kept kicking me out when i opened it but then when it let me in I started to do lessons and i had to pay for them?i get your trying to help but duolingo does it for free

I wish Hypnoledge had Korean language

I logged in and began the first lesson and everything in Hypnoledge remained locked except for the first lesson. It’s a beautiful looking app, but isn’t functional. As someone who has studied languages, this is a cool concept but the execution is not there, the hypnosis portion of the first lesson is too long and wordy, they just need to induct you and then set you on your language learning. I think it would work better to have someone create and induction for you and then just use pimsleur. The first lesson doesn’t teach you what they are saying, they just have a random introduction that I only know because I have previously studied that language. I’m disappointed. I played the first lesson 3 times and never unlocked anything, never learned anything. It was a waste of time.

First of all, it said it was free and it's not, to do any language you have to have a subscription and they are over priced like 20$ a month. That's unreasonable.

You get to choose between 3 languages for your first language, then only 6 offered languages to learn. My options were Portuguese, Italian, Spanish, French, German, and Chinese (they didn’t even specify between Mandarin and Cantonese). I was hoping to learn Korean but it’s not offered.

Started app. Signed in. Chose French. Everything switched to French, which I do not know and there was no sound, no inference as to what I should do. Frustrating. No way to go back to beginning in English so I read the tutorial or get started.

downloaded app to learn german. doesn't work at all. it's also not possible to use a web version.

don't waste your time

I bought the solo pack, and I was supposed to have a 14-day free trial, but to my surprise, I was charged $20 upfront with no trial period. This left me disappointed and disinterested. I want my money back! 😒

i thought this was an app to learn a language? not meditation

I started my journey to learn Spanish and began to click on first lesson were everything costed money

I’ve had Hypnoledge for an hour and I can’t get into any lessons without a subscription. I just wanna improve my French😭

I think we need some more languages. I’m currently studying Japanese but Hypnoledge doesn’t offer it!

Maybe instead grab sponsorships through different languages’ childrens book to publish through your site to promote their book but youd have to buy those books. You could still roam freely learning what you had before but instead theres certain books you can buy or other items like it. The reason i say childrens books is because thats one of the main ways of learning a language. I can tell yall are trying to make money for your workers so im going to put 2 stars and if it gets updated, Ill update my review.

Downloaded and was disappointed there isn’t Korean. Until you get Korean I won’t use

It was okay it did have two languages I wanted to learn but the one I specifically wanted, which was Korean, wasn’t there and I was a little disappointed 😕

This is amazing! I feels so good! It clears your mind and it’s so much easier! 100% recommend!

Is it like when the hypnosis is done you can listen to people speaking the language and know what theyre saying or like you can just speak it out of nowhere
