Great Workout!

I’m in high school and it’s hard for me to stay in shape in between seasons. DailyWorkouts is great for helping me stay in shape and work on the spots I want to improve! Plus, the visual way it’s shows u how to do the workout is crazy helpful!! I’ve had to look at picture by picture explanations in other apps I’ve tried in the past that weren’t helpful at ALL but DailyWorkouts has a lady showing you exactly how to do it along with you! My only complaint is that the FULL version is 10 freaking dollars!!! I say get DailyWorkouts and if you need the upgrade I say get it cause it looks worth it but it’s just not right for me...

DailyWorkouts is good you can use it everyday all day anywhere you want to for example let’s say they Shania was getting picked on by her size and big she is and she is over weight so DailyWorkouts will help you get in shape you want be huge or fat so one day Shania walked in class 6weeks after she was getting picked on and all the boys wanted her her bullies was like she’s not fat at all one day I want to be like her sorry for calling you fat big over weight and saying your over weight for your age so Shania said I forgive you but the next time it happens I’m not going to forgive you got it!

If you are wondering how DailyWorkouts works 💭 you chose what part do you want to exercise🙆🏻 then you see recorded videos of the move you should do🏃🏻‍♀️ imitate it😉 you chose the timing of the whole training time👊🏻 the training contains 10 workout moves🤞🏻 each move 30 or 45 or 60 seconds ⌚️ so the whole training is 5, 8 or 10 minutes ⏰ In that duration believe me you sweat a lot 💦 💦 It's the best app🤙🏻👅

Perfect for me

It is very hard for me to get to the gym. I decided to try a Work Out from my phone, and was very reluctant because other ones that I have tried just weren’t working for me. What I love most about this workout is that it breaks down different areas that you can work so I can split that up during the week and it’s very simple and basic movements and I’ve really noticed some progress and it’s easy to fit into my day I don’t have to jump in the car go to the gym wait for equipmentI can just do this work out in the comfort of my own home

Really like this app

It's a great workout app. Lots of choices and combinations and times to use for a long long time. Two things I would add would be to make the time between exercises a sliding scale that I could adjust. I can't always change between exercises in three seconds. Would be nice to be able to choose a longer countdown. Also, would be nice if the volume of the voice was adjustable separate from my main volume so I could listen to music quietly in the background but have the voice over be loud enough to hear clearly.

I love this game it is such a good game. I am having so much fun while I work out it is amazing how it is fun but it’s also a work out this is just an amazing game and I really think that you guys should get it. I really think you guys should try it out if you haven’t downloaded it already and it’s the sneezing game with that but I was hopping you guys do. I just think that I am getting a lot of strength in and that I should I should just get it it’s up I give it a five star week rated it’s really good so please get it if you haven’t already.💪🏻

Very useful app!

DailyWorkouts is really good to use anywhere you go! Whether you have access to a gym or not DailyWorkouts provides a variety of exercises to do to strengthen different parts of the body that you want to improve. Another part that I like about it is that it shows videos to show how to do the exercise which is very useful! Although I do wish that DailyWorkouts could be better if it gave around 5-10 seconds between each exercise rather than 3 seconds.

Love it

I’ve been using DailyWorkouts for a while now...it’s so nice to be able to do something quick, and at home, without having to pay. It helps me look more toned, and in shape. I personally have a hard time doing a workout more than 30 minutes at home, so the fact I can pick and choose times, and what I’m doing, makes it easier to have motivation, and not get distracted. For a free workout app, it works pretty dang good. I incorporate weights and resistance bands for some of the ones I do for more of a “challenge” and for better results.

In my opinion

I just re-downloaded DailyWorkouts because I realized that I’ve had the most success toward achieving my body goals when I used DailyWorkouts, consistently.

So easy to use, you can design a workout program that fits your personal needs and in just 30min/wk (10 min/day; 3 days/wk) after 4 was I was able to see a vast improvement. So here’s to trying again!! And thank you so much for making DailyWorkouts available!!

Absolutely Helpful!

I highly recommend using DailyWorkouts if you’re into looking for more workout apps. This one, takes things slow at a time and it allows you to come to breathing stops at often points. They have various sections on which part of body you want to work on to get very good skills with and it’s honestly outstanding! Again, highly recommend downloading DailyWorkouts!

Great for quick simple workouts

You can pick your time and your focus (arms, abs, cardio, etc.). It has simple demonstrations for straightforward activities (crunch, bicep curl, etc). There are also videos if you want to mix it up a bit. The free version has plenty of material to access. Yes there are ads after the workout is complete (entire workout) but there not annoying.
This is good for home or a hotel fitness center when I travel.

It’s great but I few things I wish would change

DailyWorkouts is amazing!! I do this everyday and it works perfectly!
It’s a great quick workout if you haven’t exercised in a while. All though a few things I’d like to say, and change, is the calories you’ve burned isn’t accurate.. And the quality isn’t the best.. But, a few positive things I’d like to say is, that I like how it was a lot of options of different parts of your body to move. And it even has a timer! I hope they inprove and keep up the good work!

I love this

I’m about 30lbs overweight and I thought I’d just try DailyWorkouts. Since day 1, I’ve really liked it though. The workouts aren’t too advanced or need any extra equipment other than like a little weight (I’ve used heavy books) and they also change it up everyday. I’ve lost 4 lbs this week just by drinking more water and doing this for 20 minutes a day! And I only have the basic version of it!! Lol

Perfect for the elders top!

I love DailyWorkouts it has great exercises, great stretches. I use DailyWorkouts every morning. I have a set routine that I use. I have several actually cause it allows you to create your own exercises plan. I highly recommend DailyWorkouts

I do wish it had a calendar that showed you how many time you have worked out. And give like a star plan…

My favorite fitness app

DailyWorkouts is great! You can target any part of the body you want, do cardio or do a mix. It is the only app I use because it allows me to work on what I want for the amount of time I want and you can choose the level of difficulty. Only one problem I have is that it shuts off in the middle of my workout sometimes, I hope they can fix that bug.

I really liked the Daily Workouts Fitness Trainer App! DailyWorkouts lets you pick what area of the body you wanted to work on and offered different amounts of time to pick from. It also shows you examples of how to do each workout and gave you a timer in the corner of how long each workout would last. DailyWorkouts really helps you feel like you are improving!

Almost Perfect

DailyWorkouts is perfect for working out at home. We do cardio everyday for 10 minutes and then we stretch. Each day we do a different exercise for each muscle group. The downside is that you can’t do a separate reminder for each muscle group. You can preview the list of exercises and there are 2 levels.

This feedback applies to all apps by Developer. No question I enjoy using the apps and have, for years. One issue: after a while there is no variety in the exercises, even when used in different order on the Custom setting. Please add more exercises. Also, for the 8-10 min workouts, I would like to be able to add a couple more 30 sec exercises than doing the same exercises 45secs or 1 minute.

It’s great for beginners !

I’ve downloaded DailyWorkouts on almost every device I’ve had and it’s always been amazing. It’s maybe not good for people who workout daily BUT it’s good if you just want a quick workout or if you haven’t exercised in a while and want to take a step towards better health or just some sort of physical activity. It’s amazing because you really feel the burn and get sore & it isn’t workouts you can’t do. After some time they get really easy because they are repetitive but over all it’s a great app that isn’t constantly asking you to pay for everything. Ofc it happens with some things but it’s not as crazy as others.
