I recently scheduled a ride in advance and was unable to add a tip after the trip. CoopRide also seemed to automatically assign a star rating to the trip without my input.

Fulfills the promise of using our phones to let drivers call the shots and earn better wages for their work.

App works just fine although a little glitchy at times. The interface might need some work as well. Also, is there no option to tip drivers?

Really like this idea and want to support the local drivers, but every single time I’ve booted up CoopRide it’s been considerably more expensive than Lyft or Via. If it doesn’t need to be less like you advertised, but at least make it comparable.

Workers should get a bigger share of what we pay for their work

Used CoopRide/company for the first time. Was quoted a price, however, this ended up not being the final cost. Uber and Lyft give you the final price when quoting. Furthermore, driver announced arrival although he was at incorrect address/street. Did not ask whether to use toll road or alternative. Don’t think I will use them again.

Gives me everything essential out of Uber or Lyft at a cheaper rate. Only suggestion is make the safety measures the company takes with drivers more transparent

I’m so glad to see an app that pays people what they are worth for ridesharing. CoopRide is very streamlined and I can’t wait to get started.

Be sure to remove any +1 from your phone number when registering. Feels good to pay drivers more.

Love to get where I’m going while also genuinely helping drivers. Exact same as Uber/Lyft except you’re not supporting corporate wage slavery!

Support ride share drivers, and get a decent price on the cab. I’ve used both Uber and Lyft, and they don’t compare.

First time user. Impressed. As good as the majors, much cheaper, and the money goes to the drivers.

This is such an outstanding step in fixing the ills of the gig economy. It’s working great in NYC and I can’t wait for it to come to other cities.

CoopRide sounds like a great idea, but after downloading CoopRide to my iPhone I wasn’t able to save my profile information, and CoopRide did not display any message telling me what the problem was.

My girlfriend had a different problem: the authorization code she was texted wasn’t accepted. Was the time in which she could use it too brief? She has no idea, it just said it was invalid.

Let us know when you iron out more of the kinks.
