I cannot pay my bill with rmResident! I’ve tried clicking make a payment; setup auto pay; clicked the green pay button multiple times; I’ve also tried deleting and re-downloading rmResident , but every time it loads and glitches back to the main screen. A huge disappointment. Now I’m going to have to call and bother my landlord just to pay a storage bill.

When I started using rmResident I liked it a lot. Didn’t lag everything was working fast. Now when I try to do literally anything it keeps bringing me to the page where it shows me how much I owe. Even when I try to pay, halfway though my process it keep bringing me to that page. No matter what I do it keeps bringing me back to the home page. Can’t pay or view transactions.

rmResident does not support a critical function for HOA’s and Condos to be able to submit Architectural Change Requests

The release should NOT have happened without that feature… it’s make the property manager look very disjointed to promote an app that does not cover the core service features.

I can’t even pay my bill with rmResident. It shows me my balance,My transactions and everything but it doesn’t actually give me an option to pay my bill. And I don’t get the option to set up auto pay either.

Ive been trying to pay through rmResident since Wednesday and now I have a late fee , I shouldn’t be charged a late fee when it’s not my fault and we don’t have a browser web page where we can pay here .

How you sign up is a little unclear, apparently you have to go through your property management to get an account number

Yet nothing gets fixed don’t waste your energy there’s better ways to pay

Could also implement the community calendar in the this app app

rmResident hasn’t worked since the last update. I’ve had to go to my PC to submit a service issue to my property manager and to pay my rent this month.

Needs to be fixed try to enter the amount to pay an it keeps kicking back to the Home Screen!!!!

Please add back the display of how much I owe or how much I've paid ahead of time that used to be on the Pay page in rmResident until some time within the past week, when it was removed. People need to know exactly how much their landlord's computer system says they owe when they're trying to pay. Some people also want to prepay a certain number of months of rent, and it would be very useful to them to know what amount of credit they've built up according to their landlord's computer system.

Me and my partner first time using rmResident for our first apartment and it said we didnt have funds which is lie we do so now they added 15$ extra on our rent which makes NO SENSE. We called our bank told us no transaction took place , if we paying rent through an app should come out automatically. Horrible ….. we are hoping our second payment goes threw if not deleting it HORRIBLE…

rmResident is convenient for paying rent but there should be an option to pay less than total balance due. I think Residents should have the option to pay rent and then go back on rmResident at a later time to pay the water or however the tenant needs to pay. The fact that it’s all or nothing just makes it easier to get behind or have fees build. I myself am in a position to where it would be much easier to pay my rent and water at separate times. THIS REALLY SHOULD BE LOOKED AT CLOSER AND CONSIDER CHANGING IT.

App hardly ever works with the automatic payments. I always have enough money for them but for some reason they continue to fail with no expatiation, no matter what day I set them to. And when the autopay fails for literally no reason you have to pay a $25 convenience fee?!? All because of some bad programing... Absolutely rediculous, rmResident is crap and does nothing but take extra money from you. If there is another method for doing your autopays with another service then I highly recommend trying it out before trying this. This will eat up your wallet.

I've always paid my rent early, I've never been late or had any issues. My landlord wanted us to start using this trash app, since then I've had late fees three months in a row, it takes a week to take it out of my bank, I've had it take out, put it back in my bank and then overdraw my account. I paid my rent a week ago for this month and it's still pending and now I have a late fee. I can't afford that happening every month. It looks bad on me as a renter too.

rmResident use to work find. But now it’s stopped working after new update.

App needs better updates, it should send notifications when payment is close to its due date and also send a confirmation email once payment has been made. Biggest complaint is why is there a convenience fee to use rmResident in order to pay rent whether you pay through your bank or credit card, there shouldn’t be additional fees added to your rent amount, this is ridiculous!

I haven’t used rmResident myself but it seems like a scheme based on the reviews of people saying there are extra unnecessary fees and software issues. The Developers response is also concerning because it seems they never take accountability for the issues with rmResident but instead divert you to speak with your property manager about issues with rmResident . Wouldn’t recommend.

Been using for a while now with no issues. I only wish I was able to view transaction history on rmResident and receive a confirmation email after payment.

I use this application because my landlord request to make payment and request services.
The application never is updated, the take hours to loading data… never open the option to request service unless you re open the application. And they charge money to make the lease payment through them!!!! Just garbage…. very disappointed

Cannot pay anything higher than the balance rmResident gives. Even at $0 they won’t let you make another payment

App continues have glitches when I’m on the make a payment page, was unable to find a update, and rmResident should really participate in the Flex app to help tenants pay their rent

Am I supposed to go online and pay the convenience fee again?? This is crazy.

Loaded rmResident , hit open, got “Welcome” and nothing happened. Hit next and all it did was change the buttons at the bottom from next to back. Will not be using rmResident, will stick with the login process on my home computer.

Over two years I have try to pay my rent through rmResident but It never opens. The first screen opened with rmResident logo but the next button has work. Please improve rmResident because it got a very low rating and reviews.

Takes a week to take your money out of your bank account which isn’t good for those of us living paycheck to paycheck. A subscription took part of my rent so now I have to go to the store and actually pay their.

When I open rmResident I can see my service requests, and transactions however under the Home Screen I don’t have a pay option?
rmResident would be great if I could actually pay my rent from it.

My husband and i pay our rent through rmResident and every time we do they make sure they find some way to take out enough fees so we dont have enough for rent then charge us for rent when we dont have enough money. Then add on more fees. Ive paid $125 plus more fees to this company. First they charged $25 for the late fee then another $25 couldn’t tell you why then another $25 for them to send ME a letter that i never asked for! They will do anything to charge you do not pay through them!

rmResident stopped letting me pay on there and auto payment is gone. And the cash pay system doesn’t work because no one at Walmart can figure it out. They said the account number didn’t work. rmResident is super unreliable.

I’d like to be able to see the months I paid and how much.

I’m trying to pay my rent today because rmResident makes it convenient. However, rmResident will not open. This makes me nervous because we don’t have a manager in our office to be able to pay rent.

rmResident is awful, 3 times on autopay it marked the month as paid but didn’t take the money from my account. Then, I couldn’t pay because it showed a zero balance owed. So, I had to pay the fees for late payment when the issue was rmResident . rmResident is terrible.
