- Keeps bringing user back to the home page when trying to view transactions or pay

Timeout check internet connection. I have tried with home wifi and mobile network connections working for all other apps but not this one. I get this error as soon as I enter the company code. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing helps. Please advise. I am a new tenant. Thank you.

How to fix rmResident app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the rmResident app on iPhone
Update rmResident app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall rmResident iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix rmResident on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve rmResident network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

rmResident Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix rmResident not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the rmResident App
1. On android, goto Settings » rmResident » click [Force Stop]

Update rmResident to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear rmResident App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » rmResident » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart rmResident.

Fix rmResident unable to contact server/ rmResident internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click rmResident » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto rmResident » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch rmResident
