Let me tell u this an amazing idea! I remember my grandfather packing us into the car! He took around looking at the ChristmasSplendor. We will play a game while driving. Depending on how many people were in the car. Everyone in the car would have a number, and get a house to say was theirs! Sometimes you would get a beautiful house and others not so good! But it was fun but when it was ur turn you would hope to be a beautifully lit house! Even when u got a terrible one my grandfather would say well they did the best they could do! And there still giving you holiday spirit. Now I take him he 90 and we still play the game! So grateful for the opportunity to give him some joy!

Update: man this guy is turning out updates like crazy. I appreciate the fixes, great stuff!

I love ChristmasPrism, thank you for making it. It needs a few tweaks to make it perfect. I can’t update the picture and caption of my house. I’m constantly adding stuff so wanted to be current. Also you can turn the map but there’s no way to easily reset it back to north being up, south being down so it’s easy to get a little lost. A feature to save your favorites would be great. Don’t mean to nitpick just a few ideas. Thank you

My family and I absolutely love this new app!!! During this pandemic with hardly anything to do it bring us joy to travel around to see such beautiful light displays. LOVE this idea! Only suggestion: it would be much more user friendly and far less time consuming if it functioned like Waze where you just drop a pin for a preset thing instead of having to enter so much detail for each submission. Feels like for the MOST part ppl just need to know a general area w/ a decent amt of lights, not detail each and every home individually - tho having the really wildly decked out homes indicated w/ a special icon is excellent!!

Every year I always wanna drive and look for Christmas lights but have no idea where to go! ChristmasPrism is great because it attracts people to the houses that want people to see their lights!! When I downloaded ChristmasPrism there were almost no icons for lights on it at all and just a few days later there are a ton! It’s exciting that the word is getting around about ChristmasPrism! It’s great!!!!

I loved ChristmasPrism last year and thank you for creating it! With the latest version, the map freezes after I tap and open one of the marked houses. It unfreezes if I tap on list view and then go back to map view again.

Very good concept for an app. Please stop it from zooming in every time the user clicks on a pin. This causes the user to have to manually zoom back out after looking at each pin. Also, I recommend some type of voting system with a ranking list based on an area search... or else the map will become cluttered with noise very quickly as more people add pins.

I love ChristmasPrism but I’m having a hard time navigating how it works. The more I play with it the easier it gets... I want to share ChristmasPrism so more decorated homes can get added! It’s so helpful for those of us looking for Light displays. Thanks for such a wonderful idea & useful app. Keep up developing it to more user friendly.

We love driving around a looking at Christmas lights and ChristmasPrism is awesome for finding more lights. I love the fact you can see a picture of them as well as the cute icons that go with them. ChristmasPrism makes it easy to pick an area to drive around in and see the great light displays. Thank You!

Thank you for creating ChristmasPrism! It is tradition since I was a kid that my parents would drive us around and look at all the Christmas lights. This is the best since we do it with our little ones now, too! It’s great that the directions pop up when you click on the picture. AMAZING! THANKS FOR SHARING!

I love ChristmasPrism! My favorite thing to do with my kids is to drive around and look at lights. We finally have a socially distance, driving safe(!) app that navigates the best houses in town. Easy to use, positive energy and I love that the neighbors enjoy your display no matter how simple it looks. 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

ChristmasPrism is easy to search and preview houses with great light displays! I wish the “key” to the symbols was a little more easily accessible because I never remember but I LOVE this and hope it stays around for years to come!!

I just saw your interview on NBC10 and had to get ChristmasPrism right away and it’s GREAT and it’s so generous of you to give it away and not fill it with ads!!! You did a great thing for kids and parents across the whole country !!!

I have never written a review for an app before but ChristmasPrism is great! In this time of Covid and social distancing, ChristmasPrism gets up into the Christmas spirit ( safely, without crowds) by helping you find houses and areas with holiday displays.
