- Simultaneously with the iOS 15.4 update, the Jabra Enhance Pro app spontaneously un-pairs the hearing aids from the app

- Have to delete device and app and reinstall to regain functionality

- Jabra/Resound appears to be a very poor and unresponsive support organization selling medically necessary devices and related apps

Every time I attempt to submit my privacy statement to finalize my set up I get the message “service unavailable” and there is no connection to the cloud services so I can’t complete the set up and can’t use my hearing aids

WHEN I INSTALLED THE IOS 17 UPDATE THE CONNECTION TO MY KARDIA MOBILE APP NOW FAILS IF I HAVE MY HEARING AIDS ON. I HAVE TO PUT THEM IN THE CHARGER TO GET AN EKG READING BECAUSE IT NEEDS THE MICROPHONE TO WORK. TURNING OFF THE MICROPHONE HAS NO EFFECT. I MUST MOVE THEM TO THE CHARGER

One or both jabra enhance hearing aids disconnects from app every day I have to turn iPhone off and then on and then usually reconnects sometimes I have to put back in charger do you have any ideas to keep connection

my Jabra enhance was going blank when I tried to get on ... to adjust my aids...so i uninstalled , then i tyried to install on playstore but it will not open....help

A week ago I got a pair of Jabra hearing aids from Costco. The technician installed the Enhance Pro app on my phone. Only one of the hearing aids will connect. Sometimes the right, sometimes the left. The error message always says "Connection Issue." The troubleshooting steps don't work because 1. The hearing aids are turned on. 2. They aren't low on battery. 3. Are within range of my mobile device. What could be the problem? Thanks
