The only thing this app does is make you restart your hearing aids in order to use it and the settings for hearing devices within Apple‘s settings does everything this app does already and you don’t have to restart your hearing aids to get the different modes to work. Some people will say well you can’t get favorites from Apple settings but any favorites you happen to create with the app disappear as soon as an update comes out so you start from scratch anyway. Save yourself the hassle of having to restart your hearing aids a second time do use this app and just use Apple settings.

Simultaneously with the iOS 15.4 update the Jabra Enhance Pro app spontaneously un-pairs the hearing aids from the app. Each re-use requires deleting device and app and reinstalling to regain functionality. Apple claims it an app issue and Jabra appears oblivious to the problem with no communication about it or planned fix. Costco, which sold the hearing aid, has a bulletin identifying this problem. Jabra/Resound appears to be a very poor and unresponsive support organization selling medically necessary devices and related apps.

This Apple Watch app only works on the watch when the companion iPhone app is active (up on the screen). If I switch to view another app on the iPhone, the Jabra Enhance Pro watch app instantly gives an error message that says, “There is a problem with the connection.” This fully negates the value of the watch app.
When the app is onscreen and active on both the iPhone and the Apple Watch, the app works fine on the watch.
