Worst Hearing Aids

The app is ok. It’s the implementation that’s horrible. Contrary to the documentation, the EQ changes are almost useless. The highs are overwhelming, and the adjustments are nowhere near granular enough to be useful. The highs are on or off. Extremely poor implementation. It would be nice to know exactly what frequencies the EQ is supposed to be controlling.
The streaming feature is a joke, and has the fidelity of a tin can attached to a string.
As a musician, I need to hear what is REAL, not someones idea of what things should sound like. I have literally spent hours trying to adjust these so I can do studio work. It has been an extremely frustrating process, with no end in sight.

I purchased a new Apple phone specifically to be able to use my Jabra hearing aids seamlessly. They worked well until the point to update came. Now they do not connect at all with the phone. I suspect this is a problem on Apple’s part, but maybe an update to your app would help. I have done troubleshooting both on my own and with Apple. Apple says it is not their fault. It is the fault of the hearing aids. since there are so many complaints on the Internet about failure to connect since the iOS update I do not think it is Jabra‘s fault.
Useless, apple settings works better

The only thing this app does is make you restart your hearing aids in order to use it and the settings for hearing devices within Apple‘s settings does everything this app does already and you don’t have to restart your hearing aids to get the different modes to work. Some people will say well you can’t get favorites from Apple settings but any favorites you happen to create with the app disappear as soon as an update comes out so you start from scratch anyway. Save yourself the hassle of having to restart your hearing aids a second time do use this app and just use Apple settings.
