Login, tapi gak bisa ngapa ngapain

Udah 3 bulan mau transfer uang kayak main petak umpet. Untung-untungan ngadat apa nggak.
Setiap login selalu ada “Sorry, we ran into a problem”

Udah ngontak CS, cuma diminta restart dan install ulang aplikasi

Not as flexible as they said.

Why can't I change from other type of account? Would not use it again.

alasan kenapa saya tdk memakai jago lagi karena aplikasinya ngga bisa run di device jailbroken, bank besar sekelas bca aja ngizinin masa bank kecil ecek2 gak bolehin? wkwkwk lihat aja app yg sok ketat gak bolehin run di device root pasti gak laku dan pada akhirnya tutup, harusnya aplikasi mudah buat semua orang bukan ngotak2,

Pembuatan rekening ditolak? Saya punya rekening BCA, Cimb, Permata, BNI, Jenius, tapi ini ditolak? Ketika saya tanya lewat email, mereka tidak memberikan alasan. Saya mau pakai Bank Jago karna tertarik fitur virtual debit card. 🙃 tapi di tolak.

Signup nunggu 2jam OTP gak datang2. Sambil nunggu, gw donlot dan signup Jenius langsung datang. No.hp sudah benar karna copy/paste.

Good service, bad marketing

Overall BankJagoJagoSyariah works well and rarely has issues. The problem is their lack of respect of customer privacy. I keep getting 5-10 push notifications a day even though I have selectively disabled marketing related notifications from BankJagoJagoSyariah settings. I believe this breaks BankJagoJagoSyariah Store policy.

Ketika mau transaksi transfer ke rekening lain, atau topup emoney stuck di page masukan jumlah nominal. Sedangkan untuk pindah-pindah dana antar kartu jago lancar

Good Good

Pemakaian selama 6 bulan tidak ada major issues. Paling yang reloadnya lama, karena juga mungkin internet. Pernah yang ada transaksi pending tetapi gampang alurnya dimengerti kemana kita di direct untuk report if any problems. Sangat nyaman sih memakainya. Semoga akan improved terus ya Jago .
