How do we go from 1 minute to 12 minutes? We started at 3 minutes and waited as it went down - Its too cold to just change drivers like Uber.
It works well but it needs to show the user where the vehicle is located as it’s driving. Sometimes you’re not sure which side of the street it will show up so knowing where the vehicle is coming from would make RGShuttle 100%!
Such a good service. Never waited more than 15 min and it the drivers are all great for info and to talk to.

Never has taken mire than 10 get picked up. Sure beats having to rent a car!
App works great, like a private ‘Uber’ for Steamboat Springs. Drivers are nice and provide a lot of local insights.
Just got back from Steamboat Springs and used this service multiple times a day. It was so great! Didn’t wait long for shuttles (usually 2-4 mins) and they took us anywhere we wanted to go. Note, I think you have to stay with a specific resort to use the service. I’m not sure you can just purchase the “access code”.
