I placed an order for an item. The item was delivered to the wrong address. Attempts have been made to recover the item without any joy. There is no provision to say that the item has not been received or indeed to ask for a refund given that I have not received the item. I am really disappointed as the item was wanted for a special occasion. How can this have occurred? There was no telephone contact or email to confirm that delivery had been made. As you have no provision to issue me with a refund because the item has been lost in transit I will have to contact my credit card company to make an official complaint and to get my money back. I am also disappointed that I am unable to contact you via phone.

Re-Order #3734927031 I placed an order for an item. According to Yodel JD0002230764521806 was delivered to me, the customer on 19/6/23 at 12:45. Delivery was made to an address with a postcode ending 3JR. The package should have been delivered to me, Miss Angelina Monlouis at 6 Marten Road, Folkestone, Kent CT20 2JR but it never arrived. I contacted NH Elizabeth who confirmed that she made a delivery to an address with a postcode ending 3JR and not my address. She agreed to attend that address to recover the item and attempt to deliver the package to me today. No attempt to deliver was made. I have made attempts to contact the courier again, there has been no reply. There is no provision to say that the item has not been received or indeed to ask for a refund given that I have not received the item. I am really disappointed as the dress was wanted for a special occasion. How can this have occurred? There was no telephone contact or email to confirm that delivery had been made. It would also be interesting to see how/when the package was handed to the customer. I would like to see proof of this. As you have no provision to issue me with a refund, I will contact my credit card company tomorrow to make an official complaint and to get my money back. I am also disappointed that I am unable to contact you via phone.

I ordered an outfit with cider using their size chart and still, one of the items was way too small for me so. I wanted a refund, return the time. and get my money so I could get another one in a bigger size. When I try to reach them I never got a response except for an automated email to check if my issue was solved. When I tried to write another email it kept saying error because cider's mailbox was FULL! What kind of customer support only has one way to contact them and doesn't even pay attention to it because it is full!! Terrible service, such a scam! I am starting to believe it's a ghost company. Save your time and money and do not shop with cider!

Do not buy from Cider. When I first saw it advertised on Instagram, I thought I’d give it a chance. Everything went completely fine when ordering and being delivered, until it came to the return. The items I bought didn’t work out at all, so we followed the instructions and sent it back. It has been a month since we returned and still haven’t gotten a refund back. Horrible customer service. We have been sent lots of confusing and contradicting emails from their customer support that get us no where. We are still battling to get our money back. They don’t have a way to contact them for customer service besides through email that is automated. You can tell since there have been multiple grammar mistakes all through it- very unprofessional.

I stumbled across this site while I was on tiktok a couple of weeks ago and it has absolutely ruined my wallet!! They have so many cute things to buy that are 100% my style and they got to my door so quickly! The clothes looked exactly like the pictures showed and although they are not high quality, they are definitely worth the price. My only problem is that there weren’t very many clothes in my size (xs) although I’m finding that’s a problem in lots of places now. I will be ordering from here again!

Let’s be real… we know what we’re getting. My first order had no expectations. Ordering the correct size was a bit difficult, as it always is for a woman! I ordered S in tops and bottoms and would have been fine with an XS. I logged in through the app to initiate a return and found an option to get store credit w/o having to return the items. I LOVE this option because I will be reordering in the XS and now I don’t have to worry about the wasteful shipping all the way back to the warehouse. Hello carbon footprint!!! Well done cider!!
