None of my past orders, wish list, etc are showing up
I placed an order yesterday evening, it went under "in elaboration" as it always does, but this morning, when I expected to see the acceptance and the tracking number, I had the very bad suprise of being unable to see my profile page. What could be seen was my homepage, but as soon as I tried to check any of the orders (previous, actual, refund etc) it asked me to log in. I promptly did and it happened the same thing, several times. I hence decided to delete and re -download the app, hoping for this to be a cache issue (despite having emptied it previously) thou this didn't do anything else than worsen the problem: when I downloaded it anew, ALL of my previous and actual orders, as all of my points (as a BFF level) were GONE as if I had never shopped at Cider before, no matter the fact that my email and Apple Log to be the same. I don't even have a way to see if my last order has actually been placed. I am horribly disappointed by this all, and furthermore by the absence of a customer service reachable in real time, as the customer care chat is unavailable if you're not logged. I previously ordered 5 times in 2 months from them, with orders superiors to 100 euros each, and I had nothing bad to say on their company until this last order: the quality of the clothes is always very very good, particularly for the price, but after this 3 days nonsense I won't anymore if they will not compensate this. (I had issues with them accepting my credit card with this last order for 3 days, which they couldn't explain, so much that they supposely refund my order and I had to replace it via PayPal. I wrote them an email and will keep you posted on their answer, hopefully they'll manage to solve this spiteful mess and provide a decent discount for the bad service provided.

hello, i ordered some clothes from cider two weeks ago and i do not know why but my orders return to cider again. I could not get my orders. And i am pretty sure that the address that i gave you is true because i always write down same address and got whatever i order all the time. I've already emailed you already about this but haven't heard back. The app crashes when I try to sign in. I have some returns and need to send them within the next few days. Cider won't let me pay for my shopping cart. It says I have insufficient funds when the cart cost $130 and I have a lot more than that in my bank account. This is really frustrating!!
