I never received my package even after I got an email and text message saying it was delivered. Mind you I spent close to $100. I reached out to BlushMark and they told me to wait a couple days just in case the carrier was behind. I waited patiently, nothing. BlushMark told me they would file a claim with the carrier to see where my package was and get it to me asap. BlushMark never reached back to me, I had to contact them again, then I was told 2 weeks later that the claim resolution was the package was delivered successfully and that they couldn’t do anything for me. Not a refund, nothing. I have never had this issue with any other website I’ve used such as shein, romwe, fashion nova, etc. The only issue I’ve had was with romwe, and I told them I never received my package and they re-shipped my package free of charge with express shipping and I got it in 2 days. BlushMark does not know how to take of their customers, this was my first time using them as I was referred to them by multiple friends and I was excited to get from them myself, but I will tell you I will never be ordering from BlushMark ever again!!! Horrible experience!

I have placed 3 orders with this company. The first one on February 25th, second on March 2nd and the third on March 10th. I have not received my packages, a confirmation number, a receipt, tracking number or anything to prove that I had placed the orders, but all the charges went through (over $150 total!!) I’ve been trying to reach out for 2 months regarding my package or a refund. No one will answer or be helpful. They only reply to the reviews to seem somewhat legit. They’ll tell you to seek assistance through the app or an email, and no one responds or assists professionally. I’ve been left hanging by this company over and over again. So I guess when this company takes your money for an order and fails to give you any proof of ordering, (besides my bank statement, but they won’t accept that I guess) and you hold them accountable, it’s actually YOUR fault, for not providing Proof......it makes zero sense. this whole brand is literally built to steal your money. My only hope now is that NO ONE USES THIS APP.

This site is so bad. I have ordered from shein in the past and because of their clothes quality and prices I thought I’d try out BlushMark. I purchased a few things and when I received them they were horrible. (Check my reviewed products I posted pictures) the quality was not only horrible but they looked nothing like items I ordered, they were worse than products I ordered from wish. Nothing fit right (not in size but the way it was sewn). Every clothing arrive was put together all wrong most not even having a waist hem. This is false advertising at its best. Please check out my reviews of products so u can see pictures of proof. Needless to say don’t waste ur money stick more legitimate honest companies. There are a few that have similar clothes with similar prices and the quality is so much better. (Halloween costume material!!!! That’s what I’d compare their clothes to) this site is garbage
