Frame needs an update. Not working. Please help
Frame stopped connecting to server. The email given to send Amazon receipt doesn’t work.
My Photo Frame stopped working. The screen shows a flashing message: "Unfortunately AiMOR has stopped". I called once; the support person said she would have someone call be back. No one did. I called a second time: she said she would send me a text with instructions. No text ever arrived. I called several more times a few days later, and the call would not connect.
Your support is non existent. My frame is not working and cannot reach anyone to assist. Very poor product.
impossible to get in touch with customer service, e-mail is non-deliverable, they do not answer the phone. The remote that came with the frame does not work and I cannot get another one. Do not buy this digital frame
I need a new code and have tried for more than a week to contact them. I have tried email, phone, chat, filled in all of my info to no avail. Now they have a robot asking me to verify that I am not a robot. We all need to shut down this scam company with our reviews.

My AiMOR has worked perfectly until the recent update. Now I’m asked to set up again and enter code but I have no code. Can you issue a new code so I can enjoy my frame again?
Your customer service is non existent. Chit chat is stupid, lazy and useless. I will not be filling out any forms. My husband now has a gift that he can’t use. I would never recommend this or purchase another one. I tried the chit chat shit last night and got no where.
I am having issues with my Aimor picture frame and I cannot get any customer service, by phone or email. Can I please talk to someone ? The remote does not work, the pic frame gets stuck one picture and just stays there, I have to pull the plug out and plug it back in to get it to work, frequently, it just restarts on its own..... just need some general support. If the remote could work, that would help a great deal.
I can't connect my WiFi to the frame. It is asking me for the WiFi password but it doesn't have one. What else can I do?

The app was fairly simple enough to use. My issue was literally within hours of registering with my email address, I became flooded with spam (over 30 now in 12 hours). Use caution as they have no regard/respect for privacy. This also begs the question of how do we trust them with our photos? So nothing inappropriate folks - lol
Cannot get app to open

Has anyone gotten any help for this issue? I cannot get the app to open- I allowed it access to my photos and it just freezes when loading or shuts down on me. I can’t even get in?
Does not work with Apple photos

Your only able to upload photos through the AiMOR app. Apple does not recognize this app in Apple photos. The upload to the photo frame is terrible using their user interface.
