Reels & Story Maker – Temply Reviews

I like that Temply allows me to make fast work of my duties for content production on social media. I have been trying to get an app that allows me to do it all in one, I need to do work well but in a timely manner and I hate using multiple apps for one post or story. Temply has robust free offerings compared to its competitors and that combined with the intuitive user-friendly interface and general ease of use make me totally okay with any purchases I make on Temply.

Also, if you use business profiles for Instagram Temply has music that works for my needs and may work for yours if you don’t need anything by an artist or something super specific. It is easier to search and chose something decent than Instagram egregious music library/lack of music for business profiles.

I’ve been using Temply for a few weeks now and I’m absolutely floored by ReelsStoryMaker. It’s quickly become an essential tool that I use almost every single day. As a small business owner, I’m often wearing different hats. Programming, writing, marketing, managing, etc. That’s why I need tools that make my life easier. Temply has saved me tons of time. They have tons of beautiful templates that make my company’s social media presence look extremely professional despite me only spending a few minutes making content every week. I highly recommend ReelsStoryMaker to all business owners, influencers, and really anyone trying to make beautiful social media content in seconds rather than hours. Shoutout to Popixels! Another great app. Their app Vixer is also a life-saver for video-editing.

I downloaded ReelsStoryMaker because I wasn’t happy with the current available options for instagram reels or TikToks. The fonts are exquisite and the templates make it so easy to make a video beautiful quickly. There are a few glitches sometimes, like certain videos appearing with a black frame, but I’ve just edited those out in my iPhone. I love that there’s a selection of simple music for backgrounds, it works great for me when I’m doing a “story sale” for my business. Worth the money, and you get a great deal if you buy the year. Highly recommend if you want to elevate your personal or business brand!

Great templates however upon my first time using ReelsStoryMaker , I noticed that ReelsStoryMaker is automatically adding color to my media on my templates and I do not like that what so ever. it throws off my brands colors and defeats the purpose in even editing a template if you're going to decide for us to incorporate a color that does not even resonate with our Brand and I absolutely do not like that. If my brand colors are pink and yellow do not just freely decide to add a blue border to our media. And then don't give us the option to remove or edit it, at this point you've just ruined a perfectly good template & It's a bit absurd. Every brand has their colors and fonts for a specific reason. I'm big on that so I am not sure I'll be using ReelsStoryMaker any further. ALWAYS ask your consumers, NEVER decide for them.

I started using Temply after seeing the ad on IG. I’m a former Mojo user and my biggest gripe was the lack of modern, BEAUTIFUL fonts. The templates on Temply are just that, so fresh, the modern fonts are beautiful and I get so many comments about my videos and how I add the font. I feel much more confident creating videos in my style and vibe and Temply has for sure made that easy for me. It even made me comfortable to get on tik tok. You don’t have to do the trendy reels and stuff, but having access to beautiful video options, stories and reels, makes creating less painful. Well done Temply! Worth the Yearly investment

I’ve used Temply a few times for my reels. So far I like it a lot. I thing it’s unique (besides the fancy frames) that you can animate text. They also have beautiful Font selections.

My only complaint is that almost everything seems to be for the pro account. I am doing the 3 day trial…but to be honest I will have to cancel after because the monthly fee isn’t worth it for what I use it for (personal videos)

If it was a one time fee but the monthly is too expensive. Maybe they could have tiers (personal, business etc…)

But so far I have yet to get a reel length video I can use because it glitches out. Either the video glitches, text shifts timing and I have to reset it, or it just doesn’t save/download correctly. The video options and fonts and ability to create a beautiful, unique reel (in theory) in an app is totally a no-brainer for me as a content creator. However, I’ve spent 2 times prior to this without being able to get very far - and then today I spent TWO HOURS making a beautiful video and went to download it and it glitched - totally washed out video and didn’t show the different videos. Super bummed. Think I should get a refund and don’t mind being a part of a beta if that’s what you’re up front about that this is.

I am a female independent contractor I own my own painting / home repair business and I can’t create content to save my life!!! I found ReelsStoryMaker to give me ideas and it is my exact aesthetic that I live by and the vibe I want to establish for my business. It has templates I can go through and then from there I think about what I can put in it to make it work for me. Being a woman in a mans field is a hurdle so my image is extremely important to me. I love it so much I have recommended it to my sister who owns her own cleaning business as well.

One of the reasons why I gave it 4 stars is because I wish I had a little more creative control when editing videos for reels. Maybe I’m using it wrong but for example if I want to edit a specific part of the video and just review that little bit, I have to rewatch the entire thing over and over just to get to that little part. Sometimes I just don’t even bother and use another app bc it takes makes me spend more time to edit. Lately I’ve been using it more for Stories and it’s a lifesaver when I need quick inspiration and some killer visuals!

Good app for quick social posts and adds interests to mundane posts. We use it for creating marketing content on social media for products we sell.

Works good, but some glitchy stuff here and there. Needs more thorough user testing with edge cases testing on different devices (not just the latest) to ensure accessibility across phone ecosystem.

Layers and the ability to control elements more down to layer and lock things from a single menu vs trying to tap the element and accidentally changing it in the process. Provide transparency for all elements including borders. Which sometimes consume a lot of the real estate.

Allow a way to save a work in progress, better yet save as you go, so that when ReelsStoryMaker crashes, or the user is interrupted and puts down their phone, the progress is not lost. I constantly fear ReelsStoryMaker crashing and loosing my design work. As happens often with creative apps.

I have a small business and so finding decent video and photo editing apps is very important to me and my business, so far ReelsStoryMaker has been wonderful very easy to use lots of templates and fun additional things to add to it to make your videos one-of-a-kind, after using other popular photo and video editing apps in ReelsStoryMaker Store this one has by far exceeded expectation and continued to deliver quality videos for me to upload on social media to continue to promote my business! No complaints very satisfied.

As a content creator I use ReelsStoryMaker to help my promote my podcast. It simple snd easy to use but I wish there were some improvements. For example, I cannot adjust videos in the template. If it’s too far right, left or high, I cannot simple move my finger over the content to crop or edit. Also every template should have to be video related. Can we get a still format as well? As well as can the templates be ajustsble for IG. I find when I save videos on my camera roll the template is too big snd there’s no way to scale. That’s all I have for now but I love how simple ReelsStoryMaker can be.

I love ReelsStoryMaker, i use this to create Ads and reels for my business. I have had a crazy response because it creates the “vibe” i want to put out to my target clients! On average i am getting 10-30 leads a week from posting my videos created on this platform!! This is definitely a recommended space for my business owners needing a simple friendly approach to creating video content to share and grow! ( I’m in the beauty business & service business so 10-30 people is a major amount for me).

Creating stories that showcase your products and feel aesthetically aligned with your brand is really hard. I find that ReelsStoryMaker makes it easy for me and cuts my editing time in half. I no longer sit and look at my edits for 20min before posting because I already know that Temply makes everything look so professional. If you run a small business and don’t have a ton of time to spend creating stories I highly recommend ReelsStoryMaker. Makes things a lot easier:)

Temply makes creating content for IG so much easier with great stock music choices and beautiful layouts. Love that they introduce new ones too keeping the template options fresh. If I had to give constructive feedback, it would be that I wish there was an option to upload our own brand fonts and colors. Also, the load time to save a video/ upload to IG is a bit slow. All in all though, I really enjoy Temply and it has helped elevate our IG story content so much!

ReelsStoryMaker is absolutely amazing. It’s my one stop shop for reels and video post. I love it. The original music they provide is the topping on the cake. I got rid of all of the other apps I was using to make post because I can get everything done here. It’s so amazing. It loads content well and doesn’t error out. It’s super easy to use and understand. ReelsStoryMaker was made exceptionally well and is well thought out. On top of all that the price is a steal. Definitely my number one choice! 🏆🥇💙

I’ve been using the Temply app for few weeks now. I find their app so easy to use and unique. Love the fonts, music and designs of their templates. It’s classy, and perfect for introducing new products. Their fonts can be animated too! That’s why I subscribe because I know Temply won’t let me down. I love to see more designs in the future and the option to keep the color of my original photos especially for products. Overall, I’m very happy with ReelsStoryMaker.

Sure you can go ahead and create your own designs, find your own music. Analyze aesthetics… but when you try to run an Instagram business, worry about reels, content planning, feed looks etc etc… I can 100% rely on Temply to deliver a simple yet beautiful design when I just don’t feel like creating another story or feed template. I honestly feel like they are the best out there. I don’t k is why people would not be satisfied with them… I personally love ReelsStoryMaker !

I love ReelsStoryMaker! It’s easy to use and the quality of my videos are great. The only issue is that I cannot use any of the music that I’ve purchased from Apple Music. When I select the song it doesn’t work, which is a bummer because I would like to see how the song goes with my video. Also, I would love to be able to add more
animation to my videos that will go with the beat/melody of the song.

Other than that, I love ReelsStoryMaker! ❤️

I like the look of ReelsStoryMaker and templates but I can’t seem to change the text on one media vs another. I added in 2 videos into a template and want to have different text on each but the same font and placement. It allows me to change the text and placement but changes it for both medias/videos when I want to only change it to one. Also, I am trying to merge 2 templates together so I can make a longer IG story with a front, middle and end but seems like I have to do them individually. If I want to add music then they will be all chopped up instead of all the videos synched with the same music. Please help!

Absolutely love ReelsStoryMaker! Easy to use and the templates are simple and clean. All the templates are aesthetically pleasing. I love how you can add music to each story too! I’m not the most creative person so Temply is so right for me. I just scroll through the templates to find one that fits and all the work is done for me! The templates are so so nice it’s hard to choose one but then I can adjust the text, pick music I like and in just a couple of taps I have the video done and ready to share with my friends. Highly recommended 😍

I’m digging ReelsStoryMaker guys! It’s got great templates for all occasions / businesses (aesthetically pleasing!) and is super easy to use. I use it for my small yoga business & have been very pleased with the content I’ve been able to easily make: On top of that, it’s affordable. Winning all around!

ReelsStoryMaker is really easy to use, and it creates really pleasing visuals! I like how you could change the verbiage to fit whatever you like, and the variety of boarders and trim really fit well with my art process videos! Highly recommend!

Honestly love ReelsStoryMaker. I’ve gotten so many compliments on my new Instagram stories. As a small business where all my marketing is on social media, engaging and eye catching stories and posts are everything. Once ReelsStoryMaker gets photo templates it’ll be 10/10
