Good app but unable to adjust the duration of animations, and this is a needed feature. For example, a particular story that cycles photos may have a set 6 second duration. If there’s only one photo in that story, great, it displays for 6 seconds. But if there are 4 photos in that same story each photo will display for only 1.5 seconds which is too fast. In that case it would be nice to be able to change the duration of the story to, say, 12 seconds instead of 6, but you can’t do that. Also the quality of original photos get degraded in the layouts — not bad but noticeable.

I’ve tried literally hundreds of story applications and this one is without a doubt the best. Easily has the most variety of templates and options. I would have paid $100. The only thing they could possibly improve on is allowing for easier color customization within the templates. But other than that is the the perfect application for editing your stories to make them look great.

StoryArt doesn't offer any horizontal templates - in case you have two horizontal templates you want to put on one slide, good luck.
The detail: But these templates you have 1) most of them are for vertical photos. Most of my photos are horizontal. Therefore they can't fit in any nice template 2.) if at least the templates (or space for photos) would be adjustable (which I understand would be difficult to do for you) it would be better because I could adjust the space for my photos. Not my photos to your space that is limited. (I am interior designer so it's crucial not to loose any detail).

I found StoryArt while searching for something to help improve the appearance of my Instagram stories. My Instagram is a combination of my personal images but also my photography business. I love being able to create stories that have a creative and clean look that stands out from the crowd! App is easy to use.

I love the options for templates, filters and effects, but trying to pull anything in from your camera roll is TERRIBLE. It can’t access the actual camera roll, only Recents, videos and who cares what other albums, because it in no way mirrors what is actually in those albums on my iPad. I used their highlight covers app and this offers lots of coordinating templates to use so the stories & covers are cohesive. SO. FREAKING. FRUSTRATING. to use though at this point. Please fix!

I was using StoryArt for sometime before commuting to the full version. Once I upgraded most of the templates don’t work won’t load or says “download failed”. When ever I open another app while working on this I’ll lose all my work and will have to start over which is pretty annoying. I was looking forward to having access to the full thing but it’s been nothing but a disappointment since upgrading.

Very modern, not bad. I like it. But you have only one unlocked to start with. To unlock the others (separately), you must buy for 99 cents. For some reason, it gave me the option to rate it five stars and unlock a package. I’m definitely going to use the one already unlocked though. Just wish more were unlocked.

Been pleased so far! Only had it for a few weeks and so far i haven’t come across much I don’t like. I do wish you could save a custom page as a template for future use, but otherwise I love everything!

i am hopeless at making my instagram aesthetically pleasing, and i cannot for the life of me keep a theme. StoryArt has helped my stories look somewhat artsy and it has helped my instagram in general look nice. it doesn’t have any glitches, and i never have storage on my phone but it still works. i also have a super old tiny phone and it still works. StoryArt is literally perfect, i love it so much. another good app to download along with this one if you’re trying to make your stories artsy is vsco :).

And it keeps on improving and improving. It is simply amazing!

I am STRONGLY RECOMMENDING IT! I LOVE IT!

I would love to use these templates for my Instagram stories every day, but StoryArt is constantly crashing! If they could get StoryArt to work consistently every day this could be an amazing app that would make everyone’s stories beautiful. But until then, it’s a gamble every time you open StoryArt to see if it works or not.

Great app but if I “ save image “ to my camera roll it’s not showing up when I try to plug an image into a template ! It’s only showing images I took a screenshot of or took with my actual phone, not images I’ve saved from other places . This is a huge pain for a business owner , hopefully can be resolved !

I look forward to using StoryArt for my 2020 posts. I really appreciate the lifetime (1 time) purchase. I really hate the subscription model. Great job, keep the updates coming

Question: if I purchase the annual subscription do the templates get permanently unlocked even if I don’t purchase the subscription for next year?
