StoryChic - IG Story Templates Reviews

The designs are gorgeous, the layouts, music etc, very beautiful and catchy and with great taste so I was VERY happy to have found StoryChic and too see it’s many great reviews; however the photos take FOREVER to be retrieved. It sort of gets frozen it time and about five minutes later, the photos come up. Imagine, you’re making a collage, so you have to repeat the perpetual process over and over for each layout.
I know it’s not an issue with my phone because it does not happen with other apps.
I also wish you could mix the static and non static layouts in one story and continue with the music. The static layouts do not have the music option.
Bottom line, esthetics are gorgeous but the tech is not working and it takes WAY to long which renders this useless. 🙁

I tried the free trial of StoryChic, which did not work. When I tried to upload photos into the story templates, StoryChic would freeze and I would have to shut down StoryChic . I contacted the developer to troubleshoot, and though they responded, they gave NO ADVICE on how to fix the bug, and instead told me to email them in another fashion. While waiting for a response on how to troubleshoot, I was charged the full price for StoryChic that does not even work. I was given another set of BS instructions to report to Apple, that were not accurate. I want my money back!!!!!! It is COMPLETELY UNETHICAL to charge consumers $20 for something that does not work, and then not have a way to reimburse them.

When I first bought a year long subscription I greatly enjoyed using StoryChic and the aesthetics they had. However after I updated StoryChic I no longer have any access to any of the features. When updating they did not warn me that I would either have to pay another larger yearly fee or I would not be able to use StoryChic at all. Despite purchasing a year long subscription I had less then a month to use the application. In addition I can find no way to contact them to report this problem. When I click app support the website will not load, I have tried both on my phone and computer

I downloaded StoryChic, because as i read the reviews its very amazing and trendy. Aside from that, using StoryChic makes all my stories catchy and different from others! Very convenient and effiecient to those who are addicted in pictures and editing! THE BEST but still need more features, such as highlight covers.

Really nice templates but once I paid I was still getting pop ups asking for subscription payment. So I would spend all this time setting up a template and when I would go to upload - a pop up would come up and I couldn’t download. During the free trial it was fine, once I paid, all downhill from there. Also, while the templates were nice some were super limited and kind of hard to work with. Anyway, I canceled it and the most frustrating thing - I was still billed the 18 bucks. I contacted the developer but no response, so I contacted Apple for my refund. Thanks Apple! Too bad because like I said, the templates are nice.

Great App for building up your stories in your favorite way! The available free Templates are also very confident and useful. ? Have only a few ideas for improvement: • the border's and design is really cute and atractive that nakes the output more beautiful. greatjob for making StoryChic. its really a great help for me.

The templates are absolutely gorgeous but I got this for its ability to add music. It’s says it allows 15s but using several animated templates I’ve made 5 different stories with music; they sound amazing and end just where I cut the song. But once saved, they all cut off the songs at 7s. So it ends terribly. I’ve done it repeatedly costing me time I don’t have and nothing to show for it. Very very disappointing.

My stories look really good. I wasn t a fan of using instagram stories before because Instagram doesn t give us many options to edit the pictures but now I ve been using it constantly because of StoryChic.

amazing I recommend you give it a try. was surprised it works even when offline it has useful features too, So far so good. The quality of the saved pictures could be (much) higher though

im really enjoying making posts now. so easy and fun, it makes a good photos more like in wattpad. One of the best instagram story editor apps to make IG storys, I use it for last 2 month and I like it so much because of features like these: customized template, good enough free options.

Great app to have to use in conjunction with my others like canvas. It has improved my social sites and allow me to be creative. Still have not unlocked the full potential it could have,bout to pay for it!!

I’m trying to contact the company for a refund. Apple said it would be best to contact you guys. my child had pressed buttons and signed me up and I had StoryChic deleted for some time now. I would like a refund please. :(

It's a cool app.. and also I found different styles to fit our pics.. so download it and upload ur ig stories. fine for quick usage of Instagram story and to create its just easy. but if you don't need highlight cover.

I have been using StoryChic for a week now and simply love it the only thing is you should have an option to add a logo or sticker from the photo library special for corporate use. Thank you!

I made the one time $35 purchase but my photos won’t load in StoryChic at all- I’ve tried several times, uninstalled and re-downloaded, tried it all. I’ve checked StoryChic settings and made sure everything was correctly on/set right as well. StoryChic support site is in another language so I’m not even sure how to get a refund & can’t find help from anyone anywhere. I do not recommend!!
