I’ve never had issues before but now I can’t download cartridges. Beside continuous asking for my password and username, when I try download a cartridge it shows on the screen the file and asks to download nothing happens. Can’t even download my own. I have an iPhone 15

Close and restart the Wherigo app on iPhone
Update Wherigo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Wherigo iPhone app

Fix Wherigo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Wherigo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Wherigo app issues:

Force Stop the Wherigo App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Wherigo app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Wherigo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Wherigo App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Wherigo app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Wherigo.

Fix Wherigo unable to contact server/ Wherigo internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Wherigo » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Wherigo » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Wherigo on android.
