My app has been inaccessible for at least a week. It crashes. I have the paid version. I have sent a few emails. I am bummed. Please help

Hi, My app is crashing and I cannot click any buttons or load anything. I am increasingly concerned I am going to lose all my data and my Finch. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have created a manual zip file backup but am nervous about deleting the app and restarting in case this does not work . Thank you.

Today, all my goals I had set have disappeared. The only way I can get them to appear is adding a new goal which is what I don't want to do. Please help me.

Finch is not avalible on my phone it is really sad i used to have it on this same phone last year but now it is not avalible

I was wondering if there is a way to adjust when you start you day on Finch? I get the notification early and it wakes me up.

The app stops having sound out of nowhere and it's unclear how to bring the sound back. Restarting the app helps but only temporarily for about two minutes. I noticed this while using soundscapes, they would stop out of nowhere and I noticed the rest of the app wasn't making sound either at those times. Restarting my phone did not solve the issue.

My widgets won’t allow me to add Finch as a widget

I get a message saying my birb has completed a journey with a pulsating button to click. Click said button and nothing happens. I've restarted, updated, dis and re connected to wifi and nothing..

For some reason I’m not getting the July Medieval theme. Mine just has no theme available. What should I do? I’m still on Finch Plus, but no theme.

My tasks which require writing 'reflect on what made you smile today' have suddenly stopped allowing me to write when I click the tick it just says finish, I can't even reflect after it

My app stopped giving me quotes and stopped asking me how I feel. I think this is very important in order for me to even want to use finch.. please make it work again :(

My app has been glitching. Whenever I snooze a task, all my tasks for this day are gone and only show up again when I add a new one. My Finch can now go on multiple adventures a day. I get more than one gift box a day but whenever I "start" a new day, all my reflections and notes are gone. Very frustrating.

My son has Finch on his iPad. When he clicks on the "Send an invite" button to add a friend nothing happens. Nothing pops up or opens to enable him to invite his friend.

I updated my app & decided to opt into the backing up of my account with the beta option and now everytime I try to log in it tells me syncing data it'll,get to the end tell me to reload and then start the madness of syncing all over again. yes I've uninstalled and re installed I've shut off my iPad and iPhone off and on again. customer service gave me no response. my birb is lonely asf. someone please help. I'm so frustrated. and no I don't have this "skip" button everyone else claims to have.

I did the app update yesterday and agreed to have my finch account backed up so I would never lose my finch data. But, when I tried to log in later on after the update, it kept crashing. So I restarted my phone (just in case). After the restart I saw it needed another update, which I did. Then when I tried to use the app it got stuck trying to sync since. That's all it does now. It's been stuck trying to sync since last night.

Loading slowly

None of the breathing exercises will load. It keeps saying 'logging out' and loading

The wings won’t appear, and neither will the backs of the capes. Anything behind the finch just doesn’t show up.

it’s probably not that important but the wings you can buy and capes and anything that’s behind them doesn’t show for me

The background music that plays in the meditation exercise has been playing nonstop since I completed the exercise this morning and it is 2 o'clock in the afternoon. I can't get it to turn off.

the time on my phone was changed but I continued using finch without noticing it was changed, now when I’ve set it back to the current time my bird is continuously adventuring for days and the timer resets to 59:59:59 when it ends

I changed the nickname for a friend in my tree time, not realizing that all my reflections about them wouldn’t sync, but when I try to change the name back it won’t work.

I did the 1-week free trial for finch+, and the day it ended I cancelled it. However, a charge was put on our apple account saying we have to pay $42.19 for finch+. Please help because I don’t need or want finch+, and being charging for something I deliberately cancelled is bs. Please notify at the email listed above ASAP, I would like this issue resolved before Thanksgiving (next Thursday) due to not wanting to face my mom about this (for reference, I am a broke college student who can’t afford to spend $40 for something I don’t want)

My Finch app doesn't update to current. My friend has the app and hers updated today, but mine still hasn't updated and then I'm going to be behind on getting the animal outfits like she started getting today.

I was in the middle of writing a reflection and it closed out back to the home screen but I can't see my finch or any of my goals. It started flickering and flashing madly. I have tried force stopping the app and reopening, restarted my phone, etc. But nothing works. Every time I open the app, the blank finchy forest start glitching out again. Hopefully this can be fixed because I've spent so much time on my finch and my bedroom. Plus the app has been my life line for so long and an extremely important part of my day. My finch asks me things no other human I've met has cared to know. I love the app so much other than this issue. L if there is any way to fix jf it on my end please let me know what I can do. Hi I love the app but for some reason I'm not receiving any of the good vibes my friends are sending me? I saw my friend send me some yesterday but nothing came through.

When I go into the Finch app and press on the tree symbol to see my finch friends only some of them are showing and the rest are faded in gray and I don’t know why.

Always says it’s day 25. It’s day thirty-three right now and it’s stuck on 25.

Are my journey reflections supposed to go away when I delete all of my goals from my journey and add new ones? Because nothing is there other than the goals I added today.

I can't even get the begin button to work

I was on it, closed the app, opened it later and the lady who you buy house things from was gone along with the house. Is the purposeful or not? I can't get it back, I don't know how to.

Connection error when I try adding friends by their codes. It allowed me to add 3 friends but now any more and theres an error. I also don't recieve messages from others anymore despite them sending me things. Help?

The other day I opened my app to find my bird had a house. I spent some stones decorating it and now it and the store have disappeared…?

My house is gone as is the shop to buy stuff for it. I can buy clothes and colours but not the house decorations and furnishings.

I got to the point where I had a house, I got it all decorated, and then suddenly it disappeared as if I nevee reached a high enough level to unlock it. The workshop completely disappeared as well. My gems that I spend are still gone though. Is this a glitch? Or is it only accessible a few times before its gone?

Hello. I had Finch on my old phone, but I'm willing to start over if I can ever open the app. Every time I try to open it, it goes to a gray screen and I can't do anything. Please help.

When I select a favourited appearance in the items section and try to return to the home, the game resets my finch to a different colour. The same thing happens if I select a favourited outfit, that appearance, and exit to home.

Can't buy colors in the shop :/

I can't buy different color wings. I am at the child age. I can buy clothes but not colors. It just tells me "Exchange 500 rainbow stones" over and over.

Every time I open the app it acts as if I’m just beginning the new day (new daily rewards, today is Friday, help finch get energized etc.), plus reflections and goals from last few days have been deleted with previous days being deleted altogether

When I type anything into the reflections none of the words become highlighted or keywords like they used to be.

I love the app, however i can’t open my shop. every time i try to open it nothing happens.

When I click the little icon in the top right corner to view and edit my journeys it won't work. I've completely restarted everything and it works great for about the hours then the flashlight doesn't shine in that triangle shall it's just a solid line of light starting from below the flashlight and I can't see anything. This really suck and I'm not sure if it's supposed to happen or not. Please help, thanks.

When I turned on face recognition or just "app lock" my tasks disappeared. They're covered by a neverending grey box that I can't seem to get rid of. I've closed out the app and shut down my phone and it still won't go away. I absolutely love this app and I don't want to lose my data.

My penguin got back from a trip to Tokyo asking about how many people live. The provided answers (7 million and 14 million) are less than half of the true answer (38 million+), but when I click “write your own response”, it takes me to a blank page with no place to type in my response.

Runn8ng app on iPad. Cannot share the initial quote screen with friends via text. Text icon is there, but when I touch it nothing happens.

I accidentally turned on the authentication button, and now whenever I open the app it says "Please authenticate to access Finch", but it doesn't say how I'm supposed to do that? Any help would be appreciated please as I adore this app :)

The "see who's visiting" button keeps flashing but I can't click on it and it won't clear.

The app was working fine all day and then it stopped showing the correct day and instead went back to yesterday as if it was today. Can't set goals or anything for tomorrow as it's now a day behind.

Well my daughter who loves the app is in absolute tears because we got the purple "oops something's wrong" screen and NONE of the buttons that purport to fix it actually work or click to anything. Hi, I have no access to the app because it keeps crashing. When I try to open it, it just shuts down and I can never get it to stay open for more than 2 seconds. I tried everything besides deleting the app because I don't want to lose my progress. Could you please help me?
