Kitchen expansion will not open on any of my devices ~ Windows PC running Windows 10, Samsung Galaxy tablet running Android, and iPhone 14 Plus. All devices are up to date, app is update on all three, and they have been restarted. When I originally downloaded the expansion on my tablet it worked the first time but has never opened since then and never opened on my other devices. The message "Loading... please wait a moment" is displayed on all three of my devices but it never loads.

When my Mac computer goes down for whatever reason, the clock on the game stops. When Computer is up and working the clock on the game is now out by hours. Is there a way of setting the clock for games that will restart at a particular time say 6:00 am in the morning. Instead of in the middle of the night. That will give more playing hours in the daytime. Thanks Jacqueline England

The Kitchen app will not load..."Loading...please wait a moment" and after hours, still does not load. This is on a Macbook Air that has no problems with the Garden expansion pack.

After update, nothing will open on the MacBook Pro. It says it is complete but when I click on continue, it disappear from the screen. Have been using this every day for many months with no problems before.

As of yesterday 4/18/22 after clicking on JL Country Cottage launcher on Microsoft desktop, when got to downloading files it hangs and sits and freezes at a 1/4 of downloading, so now cannot access contents. Never happened before. Is there a bug in the update? How do I fix?
