Doesn't login

It tells me to give location access each time I want to login. Even though I have given full access, it shows that error message repeatedly. Also they don't pick up their hotline number. This is so devastating. Customers are highly devalued. Please don't open an account with them.

Desperately needs an update for iPhone users

App is not iPhone friendly. Requires an update to include maps option for find transfer. Please update it. Thanks.

Mandatory Location Permission

Mandatory location permission should be withdrawn for logging in. Make things easy for the users, not complicated.

Please add NPSB in iOS. It’s already available in android version, then why are we deprived?

Add NPSB and regular updates

Please update the iOS app on a regular basis. And most importantly, add NPSB in ios app too.
Its very sad to see NRB bank is only updating their Android app and careless about the iOS app.

NRBClick is very good and clean. Please add Face-unlock for iOS, (Apple) for latest devices.
