App is really slow to pull up a home when clicked on from an email. Once I click the link, Realtracs loads and stays on a white screen while a dotted meter line processes for about ten seconds before loading the home. Ten seconds isn’t horrible, but I’m sure the developers strived for quicker transaction time. I have had a few issues navigating for homes using the map as well. It would be nice to see home listings that have sold in the last twelve months or so to be able to get an idea on trending home prices. The data is accurate on the homes which is why at the end of the day I do use Realtracs over others.

I am no longer working with a specific realtor, but it’s impossible to get her off my dashboard. Very frustrating.
Also, there is no share button unless you log in.

App worked great for a long time and then it started logging me out every time I used it. I deleted and redownloaded Realtracs . That still didn’t help. It’s becoming quite frustrating.

App does nothing without granting access lo location data. Cannot search by city, etc

I’ve used this app as my main source for real estate in nashville for a long time. Realtracs has all the info in one place. I was able to use my client login seamlessly and pull up everything I’ve viewed before. I looked up my own property and was able to quickly see the info about it. Very nice job @this app!
