Hi, when I select the cast button on my tablet my TV says null & nothing plays.

Can't rewind when casting off android or windows

Serious buffering issues. Lot of money to pay to stream in 540. Please advise solution

I agree with Johnny May. The"upgraded" app is a shambles. It takes an age to find the video you want while trying not to see spoilers. Put the video link back on the racing so we can easily find it. If its too hard for the app team, roll back to the old app at least you could navigate through it. You're getting a ton of money from people subscribing, at least make it work. Please listen to us

So much to comment on that i’m not sure where to begin. What have you folks done? The app is a mess, in short. And who’s idea was it to remove the Spoiler Free option? It worked so well before and not only is it gone but your solution was to put up a pic of the start grid as the backdrop to the race tab? C’mon. I pay good money for this app that now not only spoils the race but rarely works without crashing and good luck figuring out how you have all the videos “organized.” It makes no sense folks. I can’t find anything I’m looking for amongst all the interviews and tech videos, not to mention the archive stuff all mixed in. I’m using the app for Firestick which is somehow not the same app that’s on my iPhone. The iPhone version seems to work better so now in forced to cast like i did in the old days or deal with trying to use a browser to watch from your website. Please: 1) Bring back the spoiler free tab. It was great that i could default the app to open on the Spoiler Free tab. 2) Trash Best Videos (what does that even mean and according to who?) 3) Trash Browse tab bc it makes no sense and is unorganized and random. 4) Have an Archive tab organized by year. 5) Fire, sack, terminate (you choose) any employee that had anything to do with the idea of “reworking” or “improving” the website and app. I’’ve been a MotoGP fan for decades and I’ve been a subscriber for years but I’m now considering cancelling my subscription and just looking for free content elsewhere. How could you folks release something that’s clearly not well thought out or tested halfway through a current season? Shameful. F1 is making you guys look like a bunch of hacks. From the awful app to the awful music that’s played during the podium celebrations, I’m almost embarrassed to have folks over for a watch party. It's the only app that buffers on my android TV. It's not like buffering per say, it pauses and starts randomly. I switch from auto resolution to 720 or 540 and it still makes it unwatchable.

Moto GP app on Roku isn’t loading Austrian GP. All other 2023 GP are accessible

I cannot play any content from the Red bull Ring. I was able to watch the Sprint race live. I am able to watch past content from other races. I have a Samsung tv and use a ROKU stick and the Motogp App. Thanks in Advance.

This is quite irritating I look forward to watching races only to have it not work properly. It just sits there loading. I don't pay to watch loading.

Current Austrian GP not loading on roku all other events for 2023 are OK. But current GP weekend just keeps spinning

New Motogp app not loading/updating on Sony Android tv - massage stays at ‘Pending’

The slider won’t work anymore. Painful when you have to watch the introduction…. 10 times in a weekend when you are time poor especially. This was good last year but this year i haven’t been able to use. How can this be fixed?

My motogp signon is not working, even though it is correct. Each time I attempt to log in I'm told that user name and password are wrong, and login screen is hijacked by face book. I tried to reregister, but that is refused because the system already says I am registered. So why can't I log in ???

Sound issues and picture quality and freezing issues!!!! I have cleared the app restarted Apple TV with same result also tried the app on my iPhone with same results trying to watch the race and it’s become a frustrating situation instead of enjoyment please fix the problems or this will be my last subscription I didn’t want to renew because this has been happening for awhile and as a other customer stated for the price of this subscription this shouldn’t be happening!!! Please fix thank you.

Sound delay, the sound skips, making it impossible to enjoy the streaming.

the MotoGP app doesn't install when using a Google ChromCastHD. It gets to an 'accept cookies' screen and then - regardless of which option is selected - doesn't progress any further. Any ideas?

This is disgusting that you charge so much for this subscription and it no longer works on TV. Won't be subscribing again. Too expensive and frustrating that it can no longer be used on TV. Won't be recommending it to anyone. Very disappointed.

When I try to watch old races (e.g. 2014 race in the US) the app asks that I buy a video pass, which I already have. Is this a bug?

Video timeout error on my samsung qled tv. has been working for the las couple yrs. a couple months ago it stopped playing motogp and wsbk. restarted tv mutiple times. youtube, moto america, etc... are still working fine

I’ve lost interest in this.

Sound and video feed is stuttering when streaming. Absolute garbage. Dorna don't give a shit about their customers and expect everyone to use a laptop to watch the races.

Can't watch the videos any more, screen locks up. Same problems as loads of other folks have complained of on here. Subscription is too expensive to have to put up with this level of service. It is about time Dorna got it sorted instead of sending me emails blabbing about how great the service is and all the new features they are offering when the original features don't even work. Come on guys, get your act together, it's supposed to be professional.

Despite subscribing, the videos will not download. Nothing works. All I get is a perpetual circle on my newish Samsung Smart tv. On the screen, it states I’m a subscriber (top right) and I’ve had no problems in the past watching on this tv. Others are complaining about this problem. Please fix this. Thanks. PS. I can watch on my laptop but not tv.

Can’t access moto3 race on app. It’s only showing warm ups

I’m having the same trouble Airplaying MotoGP as everyone else. I’ve been emailing Dorna but for weeks they just come back with. “We are working on the problem”. Very frustrating!

I can watch race on my phone but it won’t cast to my tv. This has happened previously. It has to be the app as every other app on my phone works on tv. MotoGP app works most times as this is how I watch races but now it won’t. Subscription costs far too much to be having problems
