OK. So I stayed up nearly all night one night just so I could reach silver and therefore make my payout instant. I have done this numerous times and cashed out to my PayPal with no problems. So once I reached silver the other night, I had roughly $15 to cash out to my PayPal. Well.....I think I accidentally put the wrong PayPal password in the first time I tried to log in through branded surveys bcuz it kept telling me that it couldn't cash out/verify/something or other to my PayPal......even though I've already done this numerous times. Now when I go back and try to put in the correct password, it won't even let me try. The error message keeps popping up instead. Then, to make matters even worse, my phone didn't lock while in my purse and it tried to cash me out with only a $10 Walmart card. And I'm sorry, but that just won't work for me. So I didn't continue on to verify the actual gift card payment. But now when I continue to keep trying to make adjustments and cash out the way I want to......it says I have to wait at least 12 hours for something to happen. I'm extremely aggravated. That extra bit of money I made was to pay for my daughter's school photos. And now that opportunity has come and gone. This is unacceptable. I want this issue taken care of immediately and I want my instant payout in my PayPal account now. I will not accept any other solution. If not, I am willing to delete my account......plus write a multitude of negative reviews regarding branded surveys.

I started with my first survey then for no reason the survey switched to Spanish so I stopped the survey. What happened? Did I hit the wrong key? How do I fix it?

User beware

Use the app, use the website, it doesn’t matter, you will notice a convenient trend. Roughly 90-95% of the surveys you take will take you through a good portion, just to tell you that you “don’t qualify”, or that “the survey has filled up”. Mind you this is after you’ve given a significant amount of demographic information as well as answered pretty specific questions for that company. Don’t believe me? Do enough of these, and you will start to encounter ones with all the same “prequalifying” questions. Put different answers from the last time, and watch as you still don’t qualify. Repeat this as much as needed to realize THEY ARE SELLING YOUR INFORMATION AND NOT PAYING YOU FOR IT!

Just the app version.

I been using brand survey for maybe 2 weeks and I am almost to gold. But the App version always kicks me out when a text box is prompted. I highly suggest though to still use brand survey, but not the the mobile version. If you got a computer or laptop stick to that. But if a mobile version your looking for than look for another. Eureka has a great mobile version. The experience i had it takes longer to reach the $10 threshold compared to brand surveys $5 but that’s not because the smaller amount. brand survey point yield are bigger and much faster than Eureka.

Worst trap ever

Within The first day of downloading this I was taking surveys, getting knocked out of every survey with more than 50 points. Mostly happening when I try to click on the blank box to type an answer. Happened about five times, then looking at the history I have of service completed and incomplete you can see most of them labeled technical issues. I tried forming complaints, and they just booted me out again. Then I tried calling, no connection answered, and the voicemail box is full. Ridiculous waste of time I’m so irritated I even fell for this trap.
