How to fix Inhale app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Inhale app on iPhone
Update Inhale app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Inhale iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Inhale on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Inhale network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Inhale Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Inhale not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Inhale App
1. On android, goto Settings » Inhale » click [Force Stop]

Update Inhale to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Inhale App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Inhale » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Inhale.

Fix Inhale unable to contact server/ Inhale internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Inhale » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Inhale » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
