Hello,
I don’t usually write reviews but I feel I have to due to the disgusting hunger your team has for money from single individuals. Just so you and your team are aware, I will never pay for a date or to meet a stranger. The fact that your team had me waste my time to fill out a profile only to then ask for money, it’s ridiculous! Your team couldn’t even design the app to give individuals an opportunity to try the app before asking for one’s cc is hilarious. Anyways app and profile deleted. May the next single loser get got… hope this review stays and is open to the public for those of you desperate enough ti pay for a date, just go ask in person the next stranger. Most people say yes to free things. Goodbye ✌🏼
Confusion about process

If you fill out the profile enough it gives you a 10 day “terracotta” subscription then starts sending you alerts counting down til it ends. If you send a date requests you’ll never see that profile ever again. No ‘pending response’ or verifying whether or not the person has even seen the request. Then I’ll get ‘requests to plan a date’ with a 7 day countdown. Not a fan at all of this feature at all. It comes across as women wanting entertainment (dates) rather than an actual connection. Or is that how the app tells you someone liked your profile? And why the short countdown? Who does that help?? I’ve submitted questions through the app but they never respond.
Great concept awful execution

Living in NYC I understand the overwhelming market this app has reached. Fantastic concept. But failed terribly in its execution. The app often freezes when you are attempting to cancel/ modify dates if there are too many requests on that day. The messages do not load in real time and since there is no other form of contact, you’re sitting there looking pretty stupid. I also reached out asking for assistance regarding the issues and no one has replied. It’s awful because I was truly looking forward fo trying this approach. I think there needs to me major adjustments to this app.
