Constant freezing can't watch any of the stories or documentaries as they just sit trying to buffer
The articles close too easily when pulling the text up for reading. All the time the articles close and I am returned to the home screen. It is a very frustrating experience. I do not have this problem while reading other (news) apps.
I'm just using Al Jazeera app, and I think it can't work on my laptop, the app opened but it doesn't show anything, just a white screen, and a video icon, but it can't play, I can open the news menu, but the news doesn't show up, all I can see is the white screen
Crashes every 5 seconds, since there are too many ads by temu. App was great until then. I use a wiko android.

No content behind headline. Used to work fine, now not so.
There doesn't appear to be any content under headlines. Almost as if font colour is white.
When watching the news, I cannot rewind by tapping back to re-review or re-listening to something. Néver had this problem before. Please help... Thank you.
App hangs on splash screen and will not load further

IOS ipad and iphone 13 screen Auto-rotate not working on Al Jazeera network app (screen rotate lock on devices is disengaged) Rotate function checked on both devices by viewing Safari browser and screen auto rotates ok. Other news apps auto rotate ok as well.

For the past few days, the App keeps stopping, preventing any info / news from loading. Uninstalling and re-installing has not fixed the problem.
Getting a message on my Showbox saying" Your service has expired. Please contact your provider for extension options" What has happened, my showbox account is current, why am I being denied service ?

New app locks the screen, unable to rotate
Al Jazeera App will not open on my iPhone 11. Blue screen, no further.
For some unknown reason, when scrolling up on a story to read further, the app “pushes” the page back down again. I have to repeatedly slide my thumb up to read further down the page. Your app is the only app that I have that does this. I use the iOs version on iPhone 13. I just reloaded the app yesterday because it was doing this for a few weeks, but the issue still occurs. So my version is up to date. Please help ( love your journalism! keep up the good work. )
