No Waste Society Status

NoWasteSociety offers consumers meals at a discounted price while enabling the Food and Beverage industry to radically reduce the amount of waste that makes its way into our environment daily.  NoWasteSociety connects restaurants to a secondary market of consumers, who are willing to buy restaurant quality leftover meals that haven’t left the kitchen, enabling this food to be saved from the bin.  Once a desired food item is found on NoWasteSociety the location, price, and time of collection will be given.  Via NoWasteSociety users will be given a range of restaurants where these meals will be available for pick up to be enjoyed in the comfort of their own home.  There’s a vast range of cuisine offered on NoWasteSociety and it’s a great place to try new types of cuisine or restaurants.  A portion of the proceeds from the purchased food will be donated to a different charity each month to help the wider society in the Cayman Islands.  No Waste Society is a sustainable food distribution application with the goal of reducing food waste in the Cayman Islands.  The chosen charities will cover a wide range of areas to ensure the benefit across the community is evenly distributed.  NoWasteSociety itself is completely free to sign-up.  We understand that it’s impossible to perfectly predict and this is where we want to help.  The item can be reserved on NoWasteSociety with all transactions in a digital format helping to keep the user experience as seamless as possible.
