This app work for few hours then it won't let me login
The app has never worked. I can log in and that's it. Nothing shows under My Trips except empty dates. If I hit New Request it says you do not have any active eligibility. If I hit More it shows an unexpected error occurred, please try again.
Why is my app not working it's not showing me the map or to start my trip so how can I get reimbursed for mileage if it's not working right I hope you people can get the app update and working right because I don't know any other way to do the reimbursement mileage
My Face ID doesn’t work and it doesn’t except my username and password
app never works right. i can't put in ANY trips for mileage reimbursement. haven't been able to for the last 2 months. it always tells me I'll need to call MTM for further review. then when i get all the way through the app, it tells me i need to call. so i call - it never takes the trip, it's not even registering i entered any information. then half the time i get competent reps and half not. the latest rep told me their system didn't work they way the last rep actually worked it to copy a trip forward. she wasn't listening to me, saying she couldn't pull the location by the name, yet in the app i can and it's all the same info and other reps have...hmmm.... i've also been told they only time to put in passengers is when i'd schedule their transport, but i had no problems when i did that originally and it took my trips all the time for reimursement. some times the app won't even let me log in. never gives me the fingerprint id or login screen. and god forbid, it doesn't have a wifi connection.

App not working fir mileage reimbursement trips. Usually after I submit my trip a I'm Here button pops up and I'm able to click it when I arrive to confirm. That button is not showing and my trip details are blank
hi, getting an error msg 801 saying something about I've already used my GMR allowance for the day and to file a paper log, what is this about ? My son had one appt. this morning and one this afternoon. This is not an unusual occurrence: been doing two trips in one day occassionally for a couple of years with no problem till now. Thanks
Signing in it says can’t log in with provided credentials and to call a number for further assistance. I did that. And I reset my password. The lady I spoke with was sending an email to the IP department.

My trips keep saying loading and nothing shows up and it won’t let me make new request for trips.
I can't tap on any day to set up a appointment for gas Mileage reimbursement abd I'm here for the appointment now. I tried to do it over the weekend and for today but doesn't work. I also tried to click on other days and it won't let me schedule anything for the future.
After arriving at the doctor office I clicked “I am here” it kept saying you are not near the appointment location. Please select I am here when you’ve arrive? I deleted the app and reinstalled it but it kept saying same thing. How do I submit my trip log. Should I send the doc note?
