I've tried everything and no matter what every time I try and make an account it shows me in error that they can't register my account some thing about unauthorized access. Which makes no sense because all it asks for is your first and last name, your date of birth, and for you to create a password. You also give an email and I have tried all of my email addresses . So it doesn't make sense considering when I call them to book a trip board to do anything I give them the same information, usually more than that and they can pull up my account just fine so I'm very frustrated with the fact that I can't make an account on MTMLinkMember or on the member portal on their website it's ridiculous. Everything about MTM is extremely difficult and always an issue
MTMLinkMember as also the website never work, after putting information for schedule ride they confirm and give the approval, then no one show up or call, the phone call also giving you hard time you confirm all info to talk with an agent and confirm info again. Not bad app design tho.
MTMLinkMember wouldnโt allow me to schedule a non-medical ride despite it being a covered benefit. At the least, MTMLinkMember should filter which rides are available under my benefit. Please update MTMLinkMember to be more user friendly. Thank you!
When downloaded I didnot see schedule a ride seems like that would be important to have.
I created an account and logged in. There is no schedule a ride button in the bottom middle. Useless.
Finally, the registration is working correctly. Now I can book and check my trips.
App all of a sudden saying it has no coverage info for me which is a lie cause i called the number and they scheduled it.
I like the fact that I can see my trips on my phone, but it keeps logging me out while I am still requesting a ride. They need to fix that. I gave up and went back to the computer instead.
Iโve only been using for a few months now but it truly is very easy and super convenient. So glad to have this option when I need to schedule an appointment.
A total waste of phone space
Everything works fine for me except it wonโt let me book a trip on MTMLinkMember like it shows in the examples in MTMLinkMember Store
