App is crashing all the time and it doesn’t work

Every time I open MyOrbit , it’ll always crash and log me out of my account. And when I try to log in back it’ll be so hard to connect my account. It took almost hours to just get MyOrbit working. On the top of that the internet is super slow
Doesn’t work

Each so-called update is a downgrade in functionality. Cannot log back in. Their only support, which is on Instagram, does not really care about the resolution and just asked me to charge my account another way. MyOrbit and the company, Telkomsel, is terrible!!!!
Useless

Latest update has made it impossible to buy data packages via MyOrbit . Worked fine for years, and now it’s completely useless.
Bad UI/UX

It gets errors so frequently. Can’t login nor buy any package. And the solution for the reps is always “clear cache, then uninstall, then reinstall.” That is such a bad & inefficient design.
