Anycart: Grocery Delivery Reviews

I have used this app 4 times in the past several weeks and I’m very pleased with the service. They are on time, the drivers are very pleasant and keep you informed where they are in regards to how close they are to your location. Also like that I don’t get charged a delivery fee and get 10% of each grocery order. I highly recommend them. I also noticed that the prices for items at the store are very reasonable when I shop through this app, in fact, lower in price than when I tried using Instacart. I noticed that the price on a 12 pack of pop was $8.09 shopping through Instacart and $6.99 through this app. When I noticed the price difference, I never completed the Instacart order and returned to this app for my shopping.

I discovered this service by accident and found that my favorite Acme store was one of their clients I am 94 years old, I am not able to wander through the aisles of their store anymore. I I think I have told all of my family and friends how wonderful it is to just sit in my chair with my iPad and browse. Even with today’s inevitable shortages of some of my favored items, I can scan and find something else interesting. I also am very happy that I do not have to have cash available to pay the drivers. Even the tips are added! And so far, all of the drivers are super friendly and helpful, bringing my order into my house. In all, I hope this service will continue as long as I am alive. I hate grocery shopping with a passion, and have used many different online delivery services. Today I used this app for the first time, and I must say, I was very pleased. My order was delivered from a local store I have used before via Door Dash, there were no out of stock items, and no substitutions. The order arrived at the beginning of the delivery window, and all sale items were honored at the store cost. It was a very nice bonus to have $15 off my first order, and no delivery fee. In addition, Anycart was very user-friendly, and I had no problem searching for the items I needed and adding them to my cart. I will definitely be using this app again in the near future. I’ve been an Instacart customer for years. We have two working parents and three kids so the ease of tapping groceries for deliver is addicting, but I always felt the costs were too high. With this app, I can shop by phone for delivery guilt-free with the direct-to-store price. The shop by recipe feature has been great two, I have a few new favorites including the pulled pork sandwiches, Greek salad, and kale salads. Who knew healthy meals at home could be so easy (actually probably a lot of people, but this made it approachable for me!). Keep up the great work team.

I recently got out of the hospital so I cannot drive yet, however this service I feel is the best as I have tried others, anyone out there should give it a try , you will love it !!!

I’m so happy there’s a grocery delivery tool that is just as good as Instacart but with way better customer service and no delivery charges! I’ve ordered a few times from my local Safeway now and didn’t have any issues. It’s also cool that I can try lots of new recipes and order the groceries to make them so easily. I’ve tried Hello Fresh but the little packaged ingredients are annoying. With this app you can switch ingredients easily and use all the leftovers for anything else you want.

I was never a fan of grocery delivering services. I’ve tried them all and there was always some issue: missing items, overpaying, receiving wrong items, bad produce etc.
I’ve heard good things about this app from my friends and decided to give it a try. I was happy when it’s expanded into our area and I’ve place my first order. It was nice to receive what I actually ordered and pay just for that. I’ll definitely use it again.

I recently had a food order delivered to my home. Since I am handicapped it is very difficult to get out and shop. The items I ordered were exactly what I wanted except for a few substitutes which was fine with me. My ordered arrived promptly and I was very pleased. I received a few discounts which always puts a smile on my face. I know that I will be using this app as my “go to” online food delivery service. Nothing compares to this app!

I am a homebound physically disabled individual. I use delivery service for 90% of my daily needs - and have been VERY frustrated with other grocery delivery services … UNTIL NOW !!! I stumbled across this app and my life changed!!
*Anycart is extremely easy to navigate
*Anycart allows for rewards to be honored at the store I use (not all grocery delivery services do)
*deliveries are as promised - on time and complete
*this app online customer support is AMAZING - they even took a suggestion form me to increase the number of allowable character on delivery instructions - but WERE ALREADY WORKING ON IT!!

I am a first time user and feel like I found a friend. Had no problems with the service and received my items within the timeframe they allotted. Really appreciated not having to go out in the cold weather and then come home and have to carry groceries up two flights of stairs. I will recommend you highly and definitely use you again.😊

Finally somebody made a KAYAK for groceries. With how many food and delivery apps out there, I can finally keep everything consolidated into one app that does it all — and they cover my delivery fees, and everything is the same price as it is in the store. Not to mention a beautiful and simple interface with clearly some top tier tech under the hood. If I could rate it higher than 5 stars, I would.

I love this app … my first order I didn’t have Anycart and was able to navigate easily on the website. After placing my second order it was time to download Anycart .Sign in was easy and showed my pending order instantly . My only wish is that it was for more stores in my area , but honestly I couldn’t beat the price with my order and delivery!!

I have pretty much converted all my grocery shopping to online ordering but have been frustrated by the high prices. this app doesn’t charge delivery fees and no mark ups on the products. My orders all came on time and they have good options for substitutions. Their app makes ordering very fast and easy. This will be my new go-to for grocery ordering!!

The this app website is super easy to use, plus they give me in-store discounts. Make sure to check out the “Sales” tab on the left. And having everything I’ve previously ordered visible is really helpful for reordering. Drivers are ALL wonderful. I may never go to the grocery store again. Thank you, this app for saving me time and money.

I use this app 4 to 5 times a week. The groceries are always first-class, the deliveries on time, delivered by caring people who make sure you know the groceries are outside your door, and if there is a small problem, the chat room is there to help. I’ve used a lot of other delivery services and this app is by far the best.

While I have enjoyed this app very much, when I mention it to friends, their common complaint is that You don't accept Food stamps which makes them choose Fry's or other retailers which Do accept Food stamps for their grocery needs to be delivered.

I questioned this app at least 6 months ago and at that time was told you were working on it soon. But so far nothing.

I don’t understand shopping apps that don’t work on the iPad. I mean, this one technically works, but not well. It’s a tiny portrait orientation only app that you blow up to fill the iPad screen. That’s terrible. I use a keyboard case, so I hate any app that doesn’t allow landscape layout. But I guess I can just use the web browser. Still, I can’t believe it’s that much more effort to add a landscape layout and add an iPad version. I’m sure Anycart is probably better than two stars, but I refuse to use it on my iPad in its current state.

Not sure whats going on with this app and Vons, but this is the second time (out of three) that I have placed an order only to have it cancelled by the system or the communication between this app and the store resulted in a delivery delay. I have used Instacart for years, and was happy to see this new kid on the block. With Insta, I get push notifications to my cell phone with sometimes annoyingly regular updates...I don't get text alerts from this app, so what do you need my cell number for? Unfortunately, the only thing I can applaud them for are their recipes. Sorry, this app.

I love the convenience of being able to get products from my local grocery store at the same price as physically going there. Also the recipes are a nice touch and sort of an inspiration to try different things couple times a week.

I have been very happy with my multiple experiences using this app. Both at home and at various homes where I dogsit I go into unfamiliar areas but can always depend on this app for groceries I appreciate the fact that there aren’t half a dozen charges on top of the cost of my groceries. A fact I really appreciate Also might I add. Wonderful CSD

I love using this app. I have used other delivery services with a similar name but their customer service is lacking. I have always had my orders on time or a little early until the other day my order did not show up so I called and the girl at customer service who helped me was awesome. She called Safeway and they said they had no idea what had happened and they would deliver the things within a half an hour to one hour. An hour and a half went by and still no groceries so I called again and the guy who helped me was just as helpful as the first person. He looked into it and the groceries were delivered within a very short period of time. Their fees are very reasonable and much less than other services and I would highly recommend anyone using them.

I love the ease of,ordering,online with them. Shop my fave store....and get FAST FREE delivery. Resolution of any items missing or received are resolved instantly‼️ I understand the new fee for first order then free delivery next 30 days policy.... just terrible .... will have to do driveup at my store now ...l that adds up to OVER $100 a year‼️‼️‼️🥺for shame,,,,,,
