Follow these steps to resolve intermittent S!NG app issues:

Force Stop the S!NG App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click S!NG app. » click "Force Stop".

1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "S!NG app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch S!NG.
