Me mandan a uno de sus ubicaciones, esperar mas de 1 hora para luego mandarme a la otra ubicacion, mas de 2 semanas sin poder usar mi tarjeta!!que servicio tan horrible!
New app remodel is ugly

I personally do not like the new app remodel. Idk if it was a complete overhaul but it feels slower too. Not enough features added to justify this change. Personally the aesthetic was way cleaner in the original i can see they were trying to hop on the “dark mode” trend but execution was poor.
Sharing proof of payment

Lost its uniqueness of the divi divi three in ArubaBankApp , now its more basic. Also does not let you share the proof of payment anymore, when you click where you want to share it it says can not share this item.
Issue

Sometime it doesn't open at all i have to restart my ipad but still keep buffering and doesn't open. I wonder whats the issue.

Make app engaging va only transactional for example show savings opportunities and credit journey, and expenses by category. Personal, Cash out, Groceries, Shopping, Home, Bills and utilities, Fees and adjustments.
