Checkers & Rally's Rewards Status

My rally’s app Point stuck at 392 and will not go any higher

I have tried and tried and tried to use their app and it does not work. I forgot my user name and there is no way whatsoever to recover it like you can your password. And you can't use the app to order ahead because it won't register that you have used your location on when you put in the zip code. It just does not work at all and you can't even contact the company if you do you won't get a response. Do not download this app. It does not work.

When will the iPhone app include the Rallyburger ? Tired of 1) can’t use app to order, and 2) therefore I never get reward points. Over 15 visits to my local Rally’s, still no points. I asked worker, they said “ I guess that’s how it works” Amazing. I say , “ continue with McDonald’s, their rewards work”
