YouCut Status

Hello, The app crashed, and now, the draft I was working on will not open, as if it's been deleted. I would hate to start over again. Please help.

It keeps closing when I try to load a video

I have pro version it stops while editing crashes hard to do voice over when picture don't change while editing what can be done to fix

I have a Youcut pro version but I cannot select a different quality. I only can select a different resolution and frame rate, but I don't see the possibility to select the best quality. When I send a Gopro 4K video to Youtube it is not 4K but only maximum 1080. I have a Iphone. What do I have to do?

Oh I completely forgot. It keeps just stopping I'll be right in the middle of a video and then I have to close the app and then when I go back I pray that I don't have to use the back button because I can't at least it saves the draft but it is quite annoying that it stops working right in the middle. Thanks!

I have 14 GB worth of data and no matter how many times I clear this cache it doesn't go down. I've wiped the partition cache I've deleted most of my drafts and I'm afraid to delete the data because I don't want to lose all of my drafts but I don't know what else to do. Also could you guys work on your music timer. On the trimmer you have the option to not just use the arrow but to click on the numbers and then you can manually roll it to the exact second you need. With the music you can't do that and for older people with our eyes it's almost impossible to use that little arrow and get it to the millisecond that you need. But right now I'm more concerned about how much data is being stored on my phone and I can't seem to clear it no matter what I do. Thanks!

Rotate/crop issue with more than one video clip in editor. Rotating and or cropping when there are more than one video results in the first video turning out in the correct aspect ratio, while all the rest with the exact same asoect ratio are either minimized and given a weird thick border or zoomed in. When rotating sometime the original aspect ratio of the video remains as the visual while the video itself is indeed rotated. Is there a fix or work around? Today videos where also turning green in the visible field but where normal in the thumbnails. I work for a small company and we have purchased and I have been happy to use this product for our social media marketing, but if the problems persist we would be forced to go with another video editor. I would love to avoid that. Thankful for any help!

Converted video has green glitchy image, freezes, or has white blank screen, audio works though... I reinstalled you cut, deleted files on hard drive to free up space and the problem still keeps happening. And also I'm converting 1080p into 1080p, 50fps, high quality, still same issue

Unable to save video, due to program keep asking to free up internal memory. I have programs saving to SD card. 28gb used out of 32gb internal memory

I want to unsubscribe from pro. I want to stop getting monthly charged but I don't know how. Please help me out.
