With the new app (and website) the users lost notification functionality that was present before.
We can no longer see the company and type of transaction from transaction notifications via OakStarBank and SMS message. This functionality existed prior to the update. Now, we have to long in to OakStarBank every time we need to decipher a transaction notification which is very cumbersome and defeats the purpose. Please add this functionality back. Thank you.

In transfer, you can’t write notes like the old one.

I do not like the new format. It is hard to figure out. Sometimes it shows transfers more than once, when the transfer only happened once.

I like to make notes when I transfer from one account to the next. There are limited characters available which makes me get cryptic when noting transfers.

I never had a problem with the old OakStar app but once they created the new one I realized what I had been missed! Love it. So easy to navigate & gives me all the options/info I need.

They’ve really done a great job with their app! The only critique I would offer is, I think they should add the ability to change the color scheme because the green is not my favorite. Other than that, it’s simple to use and the dashboard tiles can be arranged in the order that makes sense to the user... 👍🏻
