You have to spend over an hour trying to get out of a Kafka-esque maze just to sign a single one page form.
This is clearly not-ready-for- primetime technology that should not be used by banks or anyone else with mission critical signatures to process.
Their passport scan is not accurate enough, so you just have to keep redoing it until finally it works. The first time, I think it took over 10 tries. The second time, it took a lot more.
There is no real-time feedback on this. You have to get all the way through the process and then you get rejected at the very end after going through all the steps.
The app turns on your phone's camera light, which creates a lot of glare. The app also does not send SMS messages reliably, which is why I had to call tech-support so many times. They know this so they just give you the codes over the phone.
I also absolutely hate that you have to have FaceTime turned on. I normally have it turned off for privacy reasons.

Tried 5 times and still cannot get my video verification approved. Every time they give a different reason for declining my application. Impossible to use!
