Tried 1520 because of all the ads around NYC. Prices are much higher than what you would pay at a convenience store. App said order was “delivered” 15 minutes after placing it…nearly 1 hour later, I’m still waiting for my order. The customer service number has no response, and when you finally get someone to answer, the service rep is rude. Never had these issues with any other delivery service before. Please spend more money on your operations instead of marketing. Will never use again.

I should have read the reviews. I saw 1520 advertised on another website and decided to give it a try. The posting read that it serviced all of Manhattan. I spend the time downloading it and wondering why I could not confirm my address. I decided to read the reviews to see if others were experiencing the same issue. Well, there are several reviews that read that Harlem is not serviced at all although it is in Manhattan.

Sirs, please change that you service ALL of Manhattan when you clearly do not. Post your destination limit and stop wasting people’s time.

This seems like a great idea and I feel like I’d really like it if 1520 wasn’t out of service. It’s taking an hour to download off of 1520 Store and it’s not even on the Google play store anymore. When you call customer service a very nice woman answers but unfortunately she does not know why 1520 is completely down. I’ve checked on multiple devices and it does not work.

Very fast delivery. I got my delivery in 10 mins. However, it has very limited selections when I made my grocery order (no bread, no eggs, no on a lot of things) and the price is almost double of what you would pay for the same items at a grocery store.

Great service, super fast!!! good selection of items. I wish there was an option to not have to put produce in plastic. Totally unnecessary to use so much plastic.

I also wish there was a way to scroll through all the items instead of having to go into each category and search for items.

It came way quicker than i expected. It didnt have every single thing i needed (burger buns, whole wheat wraps, more than one brand of poultry) but it did have a lot of other stuff i wanted, plus niche items like Levain cookies.

Wow. What to say. I decided to use 1520 on a whim to get a few salad items. I normally hate ordering online or through a service because the produce is often not fresh.
To my surprise I got the largest and freshest onions, cucumber and tomato from this app!!!
this app has lots of local treats such as Gotham Greens and Bread Alone.
It took 10 minutes from when I ordered to arrive at my apartment. I don’t know how they do it!
In addition, the pesto I ordered was unavailable. They called me to ask if I would accept a substitution, which I gladly accepted. They actually refunded me the money for the pesto I ordered AND gave me the substitution. They made two runs, both under 20 minutes. Incredible service!!!!

I hated grocery shopping! Walk all the way to the store, not find what I need and wait in a long checkout line! 1520 solves all my problems! Love it and I will be ordering every day!

Not the most amazing selection, could use some more GF foods but everything came in 15 minutes (crazy!) and the produce was in prime condition which is so rare from online orders.

This service is incredibly impressive. I ordered a dozen items which arrived 17 minutes later. Prices were the same or better than the grocery store. Excellent selection of foods in 1520 .

One item I ordered two of they only delivered one. However, without me even needing to tell them, they emailed me first and let me know that they were processing a refund for the item. Top notch customer service and almost immediate reply to emails.

Just ordered from this new service to give it a try. Wow! Got my groceries in 12min.
I was hesitant to trust to pick me apples, but they are good!
That’s it! Not going to stay in line to a store and worry about a mask again.

I don’t know how they do it. I’ve never waited more than twelve minutes. I’ve ordered a weeks worth of groceries and received it in ten minutes. How?! Whatever, it’s great. The Delivery guys are great too!

I never wait more than 15 min. The delivery guys are always cool. I just wish they would keep their supply of items a little more consistent. I guess that’s why they can pull this off - by running such a tight inventory.

They may not have a slew of items yet but they have everything you need when it comes to professionalism! Order came in 10 min. One item was missing. They were very apologetic and came right away with it.
I can't wait to order from here again!

I live on the upper west side in Manhattan and used 1520 countless times since they opened. Almost every night, I was ordering groceries, milk, eggs, icecream, munchie snacks, etc. The convenience was awesome. But I guess now I can lose some weight because snacks on demand is kindof bad for my waistline. And back schlepping to the grocery store, I go :(

1520 is fantastic! I needed something for breakfast this morning, so I decided to try this app out for the first time. My groceries came in SEVEN minutes! In a nice bag, too.

1520 is easy to use, and there’s a great selection of groceries (and other products like laundry detergent, trash bags, toothbrushes). Would definitely recommend to anyone who is cooking and realizes they need something fast.🙂

Your life been miserable until this app has come! :))) jokes aside I truly love this company! Supper efficient, quick and always fresh selection! It is you magic assistance in so many situations when you either don’t have time for groceries shopping or just don’t feel like leaving your house. Also they spoil you with little gifts from time to time! Totally recommend!

I think the food arrived even less than 15 minutes. Same high quality I find in other places, similar prices and so so convenient. I am still amazed on how quick you get here. How did you do it? First time user and I am sure I’ll become a regular. Specially I couldn’t find anywhere the fresh turmeric for my fresh juices, that’s why actually I used you. Highly recommended!

I rarely write reviews but I’m continually impressed by this company - my order has never been late! Things are reasonably priced compared to local grocery stores and the amount of items they have is continually growing. I’m impressed with their selection and quality of items as well. Have ordered bananas and other fruit and they are never bruised. Feel lucky to have found 1520.

It’s only 10-15 minutes because they fail to mention they only serve 86th( The Rich ), they do not come above 96th street! False advertising, Do Not Use These People!

One of the few apps that has actually been life changing. I must order from here 3-4 times a week. Has never taken more than 15 minutes to be at my door. So useful.
