5 Most reported problems 😔💔
Had to wait over 35 minutes to get acknowledged from our server, then we did get out food for another 20 to 25 minutes (Only ordered salads) when we requested to speak to a manager, they were very dismissive, never returned to the table to see how we were doing. At the end of our meal the same server stated "Here is the Check" never giving us the option to order desert!! WOW!! Just horrible at all levels didn't feel valued as a customer at all. I've Dined here previously many times; this was absolutely the worse. I can take my hard-earned dollars elsewhere where I will be appreciated. Providing a discount on my meal wasn't what I was looking for, good service would've been nice.
I tried to place an order online and it says that I have a reward available for a campfire feast. I tried to use it with no effect. What does this reward entitle me to? Is it a free Campfire feast or a discount on a campfire feast; neither work when I try to order. It expires tomorrow. Please advise. Thank you

Most app have a copy of the menu having prices for that location would be good and pictures of the food The app is so useless and I informing app I have ever laid eyes on! Please redesign your app from an actual customers point of view I beg you! I’ll help if you need my insight, an actual customer.

Not worth downloading. All the promises of discounts are rebutted by restaurant staff. They don’t want to issue coupons, that’s clear. If you dine at Black Angus, just know you will pay full price. So downloading the app is irrelevant
