Hi, I am interesting in work with you in the warehouse. I saw in internet that you pay 12€ as a pickers, do you have any starting bonus on top? Shady cancellation policy

I had ordered a big order but due to phone issue was not able to see the missed call. The rider never tried to find the office door but anyway when I contacted support they said they will charge the whole order! I understand if cancellation fee is charged but it’s super shady behavior to charge me for all the order even though they will sell it again.
Terrible costumer service

My order never arrived and when I contacted costumer service, they had me waiting for another 30+ minutes.
Other companies do a better job. Don’t even bother with this one.
