- Cannot view details of a claim or EOB once the claim is processed

- Primary insured has to create logins for dependents and cannot view their benefits nor claim/EOB under the primary’s login

- Useless automated call with no option for help accessing the app to see benefits

How to fix EyeMed app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the EyeMed app on iPhone
Update EyeMed app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall EyeMed iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix EyeMed on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve EyeMed network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

EyeMed Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix EyeMed not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the EyeMed App
1. On android, goto Settings » EyeMed » click [Force Stop]

Update EyeMed to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear EyeMed App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » EyeMed » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart EyeMed.

Fix EyeMed unable to contact server/ EyeMed internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click EyeMed » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto EyeMed » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch EyeMed
