Normally when one downloads the app for their insurance provider they do so to view a few things: benefits, claims/EOBs, eligible providers for all those covered.
This app does not allow you to view the details of a claim or the EOB once the claim is processed. You must go to the actual website to view the EOB. It is in PDF form there, so it should be available on the app and is not.
I also find it ridiculous that the primary insured has to not only create logins for dependents, but cannot view their benefits nor claim/EOB under the primary’s login. This is just not exclusive to the app but the website as well.

I found the app completely useless. I was able to log in once and have not been able to log in again since. Tried resetting password followed link and still can’t log in. It says contact us, so I did. That was also useless automated call with no option for help accessing the app to see benefits. Had to press 1 and 3 and all sorts of other numbers so I could get my benefits. I look forward to when Aetna finds another option so people can avoid this app. It’s painful to use. Should’ve been properly tested before being rolled out to end users.

Hi hello!
As of right now the new app seems useless and nothing is working. I just downloaded the app today! I’m trying to find a doctor and when I click on option to do so nothing is loading. Try clicking on something else and nothing is loading. I downloaded the app on my other phone and the same thing is happening. Hopefully you guys can fix whatever is going on with the app! If I’ll have to call for something that could of been done through the app!
