Game reset. I was at level 1976 and it completely reset me to level one. Customer support not responding.

My game has reset to level 1 even though I paid for No Ads and was on a level above 1050, can’t remember exact

On august 22, i tried to buy coins. Each time it seemed to work, but when it went to play I got a notice it failed. I found I was charged for each attempt. I have requested to Apple for a refund on my apple credit card. i assume you can look at my history to show I did not get the coins. I have two ipads and play the game on both. The problem is with my other Ipad.

- Other objects are constantly being selected, causing the boxes to fill up and cost a life.
- Rewards are few and far between, making it difficult to build up rewards.
- It takes a long time to refill chances to play, and the timer seems to quickly run out on difficult levels.
- Levels are deliberately designed to stop players from proceeding to get more money out of them.
- There are very few opportunities to gain aids as you pass levels.
