Clock keeps running but nothing else works

I am on level 105, and most of the red-headed vultures cannot be removed at all, even with up to 7 taps, while part of the remaining birds require 2-3 taps to move them off. I'll never be able to beat it if the vultures won't come off!!

Love the game. My issue is that when I click on an object, often it pulls something that's NOT where I'm clicking into the bar. Makes me NUTS. Therefore what I THINK is on the bar is not and I often run out of space. Is it set up like this on purpose?

Game reset. I was at level 1976 and it completely reset me to level one. Customer support not responding.

On august 22, i tried to buy coins. Each time it seemed to work, but when it went to play I got a notice it failed. I found I was charged for each attempt. I have requested to Apple for a refund on my apple credit card. i assume you can look at my history to show I did not get the coins. I have two ipads and play the game on both. The problem is with my other Ipad.
