We’ll that’s the worst travel app I’ve ever used! Honestly it’s not hard these days. Just spent an hour logging on with stupid password rules and failed form submissions and still doesn’t recognise my flight so unable to login. Pain in the butt and a complete waste of time.

Unable to login to bahamasair .
User ID and Password combination is not working at all. I log in to the website without issues.

Entered my confirmation code and surname…error. Registered (which is a long and arduous process, the mystery of the password length, etc), am prompted to sign in with my user name - how do I know what that is? Tried my email address to no avail. Wasted 15 minutes…giving up.

Can I just enter my password?

Cant even register.. useless

I’m a male and it will only allow me to enter as a female. What a nightmare that would be to change……….

First of all no matter what I do it selects my gender as female. Second, it needs an insane amount of info to register.

You better make the line at the airport instead of using this crap app wow

Complete waste of time. bahamasair is useless and none of its features work. You are better off calling them.

Apparently, password set up, does not work, and dress fields do not make sense for the United States. So unable to use bahamasair at all.

App lacks the ability to choose your sex. It defaults to FEMALE and I spent 30 minutes trying to change it to MALE…which I am. Address fields are not well defined. Street name and number are confusing at best.

Their website has major issues as well. I tried to put in my address and save it. It replied with an error message saying I need to add my STATE…there’s no field for a state to be entered.

I hope they fly better than they developed bahamasair and website.

well, my experience is not great with this airline. Not transparent about connecting flights in Nassau. I lost money, not happy.

bahamasair has no use at all it should be removed as a air line app.
It doesn’t work at all. I spent two hours trying to set up and find my booked flight. “No joy.”

Daft useless App. Herculean task to register ( and you can only register as a female ) .

Doesn’t have my country ( Turks and Caicos ) in the drop down menu even though we are neighbors and there are several flights a week to and fro .

Just embarrassing really .

bahamasair is a complete joke. The user interface is absolutely awful and I filled out my information lots of different times and wasn’t able to get my boarding pass. A complete waste of time!

Do better Bahamas air!

Without registration app does not find all of my existing bookings and registration to test it this way doesn’t work either. F.e. male cannot be marked as it always swappes to female, too many informations need to be filled out just for using bahamasair and even when you fill out every field you won’t be able to register.

If u decide to use this and register - the password must be 4 characters only - doesn’t say this anywhere. Really - 4 characters? That’s secure!!!! Can’t even get a basic find my trip to work - continual “oops something went wrong”. Really??? These are such basic things. Oh did I mention that you have to put in your street address broken up into 3 fields? Painful app!

You cannot use bahamasair to get your boarding pass. bahamasair was not useful to me at all. I would not recommend using it. For my flight, I printed my boarding pass and it worked fine. I was able to bring one regular carry-on bag and one personal item and they did not stop me to weigh either item. The plan felt old and dirty and small and we walked on the asphalt to board it from the rear door. All of that was tolerable but I think a lot of people were uncomfortable because the plane was very hot. However, I really enjoyed the Bahamian flight crew's friendliness and quality of service. It was a short flight so they offered complimentary water bottles to everyone but they did not have snacks. (I am not complaining about no snacks; I did not mind at all.) The flight felt stable and safe. It was a plane with one propeller on each wing on the sides. Very interesting! I have never flown a plane like that before. Would I fly this app again? Yes....our flight was on time and I arrived safely. But it's probably not for everyone.

App and website doesn’t show existing reservations on Sundays. I’ve seen this twice now. Also please fix the password character limit in bahamasair to match the website. App has an 8 character limit and the website has a higher limit for the same account! More than 8 characters in the password results In login failure in bahamasair

Worst app I have ever used. Spent one hour and still can not check in for my flight 🤬
Apple should just remove them from bahamasair Store.
